DON'T! The DLCs for this game are really bad. They milk the players like crazy. The Eternity Shards especially is really not worth it. Maybe pick up a Hero DLC if you really want to play with a new Hero, but this Game is a really bad example of DLC goes wrong.

Deus Ex HR Augmented does not include The Missing Link neither does it contain the DLC for North american buyers, I think this should be something everyone considers before getting it. The content of the pack is right under reviews just thought I should say this, also it is an amazing game if anyone is still cosidering it.

Civ games are on sale again? Damn, still waiting for G&K

Deus Ex HR is easily worth 7 bucks. It's not as good as the original but better than 95% of the crap being released these days.

i dont even like games like Deus EX HR and I bought it for $10 in the winter sale and don't regret it. The game is very nice!

Well I bought the game on release, but haven't played since then basically. Can I enjoy the game without them or is it essentially dead weight without the additional investment.

Far Cry 2, yay or nay?
I only have 2.65 left on my wallet, and I'm also thinking about getting VVVVVV, though I'm starving for cash.

VVVVVV is a fun little and can be challenging at times, I plus one VVVVVV but then again I have only played Far Cry 2 for about 10 minutes.

What is this difference between the Deus Ex: HR Augmented Edition and the standard one?
edit: seems that's already been answered.

edit: seems that's already been answered. If you scroll down in the store page it's listed. It seems to be mostly fluff. I think I'll rather pick the normal version plus the dlc's.

anyone know some games where i am part of an army or similar? for example: Freespace 2, the neverwinternights battle, mount and blade...
i modded my skyrim to have such battles and it was a ton of fun, there must be some games around it? Must be singleplayer, though, because i want to be THE HERO. From what it looks like, you want to be a part of a fantasy army with the swords and spells and what not? Or would any army type game with huge battles do? What time period are you looking for? Red Orchestra 2 is WW2
its not important which time or setting, what i want is that there is a big battle ongoing and i am part of it. And i mean like an actual battle in the game, not storytelling that tells me i am in a battle.
The games i listed have that, in freespace you always get deployed in some kind of battle as a fighter pilot, the battle can have some hundred ships and several destroyers and cruisers. In freespace a cruiser can even easily destroy the player in 2 seconds if he is in say air superiority fighter, because the player is just a small part and in that case would be responsible for protection against small aircraft only.
Something like that, doesnt matter if i melee with a sword or sit in a spaceship as long as there is an actual battle that i take part in.
On another note, im sad, all the sales today are recycled
also, DO NOT BUY DUNGEON DEFENDERS DLC: This game might look fun and you want some dlc for it to be more fun, but all the DLC just adds more of the same and turns the game from a funny towe defence witha twist into a horrible grind fest that resembles the meanest free to play asia mmos. People actually sit in a game afk for hours just for the chance to loot 1 or 2 items, The developers also have gone rogue with their DLC, trying to make them mandatory for the players that became addicted and also they recently added several obnoxious ingame popups that they refuse to remove, even when their community and PR guy asked them to. Just buy the base game and maybe the summoner class, playing the base game on highest difficulty with self found items with some friends is as fun and also as difficult as the game gets. Everything else is grinding and throwing away money.

I played the VVVVVV demo a few times and I had some fun with it. The soundtrack is amazing. However, I already have a rage-inducing platformer in the form of Super Meat Boy, so I'm not sure if I should spend the money on VVVVVV or Far Cry 2 or perhaps another game later on in this sale.

Civ V G&K is not worth it at steam at the moment, I think it's like 11€ at G2 though. Edit: It's pretty good, but IMO shouldn't be over 20€.
Deus Ex definately worth it's price though, I got it when it was reasonably new and the few negative things I can think about it are the spammability of takedowns and the endings compared to first game.
James Town was pretty nice indie game, which is in current bundle, but can't say about the rest.
Magicka is fun the first time co-op, but gets old reasonably fast, not a bad prize if you can get 3-4 player game and play though it even once.
I've heard good things about Crusader Kings 2, can anyone recommend it? One of my friends is trying to get more players so I'm considering it.
