My absolute favorites were Yoshi's Island, Super Meat Boy, Portal 2, Mario 64, and Wind Waker. All of those were in a class of their own as far as skilled runs go (though I already knew what to expect for Sig and Cosmo's runs). Just unbelievable consistency and ability on some of the most mechanically difficult and trickiest games around. Even beyond those, there were still a ton of runs I found extremely impressive as well. Dram's SMW runs, all of Cyghfer's runs (Gimmick/Zelda/SMRPG were all insane in different ways), FieryBlizzard's VVVVVV, Caleb's Megaman X (I heard his Ninja Gaiden Black was amazing as well, but I don't know the game and didn't see it), Garrison's Super Metroid, and Runnerguy's OoT 100%. I didn't watch all of these live but I did get to watch all or parts of the VoDs for those I missed, and each one of these runs were unbelievably skilled. For pure entertainment value the Die Hards, all of PJ's runs, Octodad, Pokemon Gold, and some of Awful Games had tons of laughs. Cosmo had great commentary for his other runs that made them worth checking out as well. Mike Tyson's Punch-out! blindfolded was also great for obvious reasons. Most of the other runs were impressive in their own right still, but either lack of good commentary or just less interesting games held them back from being all that entertaining for me. Others may like many of them though, particularly if you know the games well. With all that said, I still missed a ton of runs that may have been just as awesome as some of the above. Can't wait to check the VODs on a lot of the runs I missed or only saw small parts of.

Well, it seems that I will need to keep trying and hope that the admins don't take the page out of the air.

Since the marathon ended I am trying to access the donation page to do some number crushing and statistical analysis, but I only receive the 'server is busy, try again later' page Well, it seems that I will need to keep trying and hope that the admins don't take the page out of the air. It will probably get back up later, it's been down since Siglemics SM64 run... their old tracker with all their previus marathons is still up, and their new tracker had all the previus events added into it also, so they'll probably continune with the new tracker. I'm also interested in seeing who won what... the prize page didn't get updated since friday what I could see...
