Has nothing to do with team sucking at visas and everything to do with not being given the appropriate forewarning if Gambit's information is true.

Gambit roster for London Top: Cabochard Jungle: Loulex Mid: Niq ADC: Fury III Support: Hiiva What I know about these players is virtually nothing, from what I can gather loulex is screwed without lee sin and some challenger ADCs spoke highly of hiiva

There used to be Fury and Fury II, wanna guess what happened to them? :p He's got a really mean Draven. Loulex is a mediocre jungler, I think he's french? Rekt him a few times, been rekt by him a few times, overall not very impressive. He's actually ranked lower than me atm, what a newb lol I don't remember much about Cabochard, just the name sounds familiar. He's like Challenger 150 atm, looks like he's been on a team with Hiiva for some time/some time ago. Not sure why Riot wouldn't inform GMB earlier, but I think it's pretty clear that LCS format was always heavily against this team, miracle they stayed solid in S3.

To be fair part of it is Gambits own fault. Every other team has moved to a location near the main studio and as such can travel freely through the EU. Only gambit is being special by flying in from Russia every single week. That aside, yes Riot should have given several weeks warning about the alternative venue.

I could be wrong but I thought they aren't on a work visa so are only allowed in Europe for X number of days. The reason Alex is now in Sweden is because NiP is a Swedish company and thus he's able to get a work visa where as with Gambit they haven't been able to do that. That's why Gambit flies constantly instead of having a house closer by.

It's an interesting geopolitical policy to know. yeah it can be quite confusing for people outside of Europe (and inside as well) what Europe, European Union and Schengen Area is. We have a few hipster countries who don't want to take part in a glorious union

Really, Gambit had to go to Korea in S3, not to LCS. On June 19 2014 23:35 Gahlo wrote: It's not Riot's fault if teams suck at visas. UK isn't part of Schengen, pls. Everyone in Moscow knows that most hardcore level visa is visa to UK. It's like ultimate achievement.
