it's not;( contrary to waht you might believe money dont grow on trees. games dont have to be live to be watched live streaming introduces so many problems, all tournaments should broadcast from replays a round behind the players. honestly i have no idea how live streaming became the norm for these kinds of tournaments. god knows how many lag issues there have been and how many people have cheated off the stream.
There was one Bo3 in this tourney that everyone in my vent was pretty convinced the guy was being fed info from the stream. Would be nice if there was a delay on it at least. Knowing someone is faking an expo or switches tech after being scouted is pretty key.

anyone have a link to the vods or replays?

Live casting for others sports can't somehow lend to cheating extremely easily... it can in esports like this. When the casters or organizers find a way to delay a stream by a couple of minutes it will become a non-issue (well, on the cheating end at least). I care more about the integrity of the matches than I do about knowing I see something EXACTLY when it occurs... especially when it's not like we can see player's reactions anyhow.
btw: Go Haypro.

Was lastshadow always this good? Given all of the ridicule he's gotten here I thought the guy would be much worse.

I just hopped into the stream, was that his first game against Haypro?
He came back from a big difference. I'm surprised Haypro didn't have infestors out to deal with the MMM.

Wow I thought Haypro had the game but I guess Zerg really is awful.
And yes, LS is very good. He is better than Kawaii at least from what is said.

You're so cute! cute cute q t pie.

Even by Zerg standards, Haypro seems to be horrendous versus Terran.

ls reaper micro is unfair xd

man it seems like these top zergs cant even touch LS's pure reaper strategy. They seem dumbfounded about what really to do against it. While watching, I noticed LS using his reapers in familiar spots over and over again on the maps. Knowing this, why wouldnt the zerg tech to banelings while researching burrow. Burrow 1-2 banelings in the spots that LS constantly abuses (the ramp area/side of the main) and just detonate them without unburrowing as he flies over top.

Lastshadow was actually quite a good BW player, he was just involved in a map-fixing scandal that made him seem much better than he was. But he always had the underlying mechanics to be a decent player. With the advent of SC2 and the much lower current skill ceiling, it's no surprise that he's a contender at fairly high levels.

sheth tried this yesterday vs him and got destroyed by it still. D:
and in the game vs catz ls forces back roaches with perfect micro yet again, so roaches off creep dont work vs him either.

What about steroids? Match fixing? cough cough. Integrity will always take the backseat to entertainment value.
