I don't mean to discredit Killer's amazing performance tonight, but I can't help but think that part of that is attributed to Slayer's players playing terribly. At so many points of the game Min or Ganzi could of won or pulled way more ahead, but because of bad decision makings, ended up throwing away a potential lead. Why did Min send his Infestors all the way down attacking by themselves? Why did he insist on going Ultras when it was clearly being countered by Immortals/Void Rays? Why did Ganzi not push in with his first army when his SCV saw Killer only having two sentries and two stalkers and a zealot? Why did he not get ghosts that late into the game only to get raped by force fields? Why did Cella even send those two out to begin with? He had two chances to send out Alicia, in which a lot of us would of agreed to be the better choice considering the situation. Min had no other tech path to go quickly other than Ultras at that point... his Infestor suicide lost him the game. I don't think Min was a bad choice, he's shown some really good ZvPs before and Belshir Beach is pretty good for ZvPs. But Ganzi and Lots were questionable. Understandably they may have wanted to give Lots a chance to get some broadcasted games, though, but the Ganzi choice was strange, considering he's not very good TvP either. I'll probably agree that Alicia might have been a better choice, but also don't forget Alicia has nerve issues.

I really think they should have sent out Alicia, though I think he's a bit overrated. Of course they were supposed to beat their respective opponents lol, what I don't quite get is why Cella thought Min had a better chance of beating Killer plus Puma (or whoever else TSL might've sent out) than MMA. My thoughts when they sent out Min were that they wanted to use MMA to snipe Puma, so they wanted to save him to make sure he didn't fall to anyone else plus allow him to pick the map vs Puma. It would make some sense to use Min then since he probably had a decent chance of winning vs Killer on Bel Shir. If they were planning to use Ganzi vs Puma all along though, I don't quite understand why they wouldn't use MMA at all. Surely he'd have had a better chance vs Killer than Min? Ah well, Cella knows infinitely more about his own players and TSL than I do of course and I'm sure there's a reason, I just don't really understand it. edit: Also agree with everyone saying Alicia instead of Min would've been another choice.

Edit: The build from Min was very good, but he didn't research NP with his infestors. I don't know if he just forget, but when the Protoss begin to mass colossi you better have an answer to that because Ultra come too late if the Protoss decide to do a timing attack. The answer is NP or corruptors. i don't know why he didn't research NP, he was overconfident i think or maybe he isn't used to face colossi anymore in ZvP and he just faced blink stalker in practise, that's why he did this mistake and didn't react correctly.

I think the whole point is that they wanted to rest MMA, and take pressure off him, seeing how he's been slumping recently. Also MMA is not very good vP, and Min is extremely good vP, so it's not very easy to say who's better vs Killer.

Something funny? :D I've tried browsing the pages for it but couldnt find anything It's because Min is like John's double. (And John appeared in this thread exactly when Min played, coincidence ? I THINK NOT)
