Hello guys. I know this game can sometimes be frustrating, but that is no excuse to insult, post image macros and so forth. Quit it please. Im warning/banning too many of you (in retrospect) T____T |

I can understand why he'd want to choose his group how he did but it still seems like its TOO risky. Of the big 3 (MVP, MC, Nestea) MC seems the most "mortal" if you will compared to the dominance of Nestea and MVP. And lets not forget (although everyone does) Polt, who just loves to kill MC.
All in all noblesse is pretty fucked.
MVP is definitely the most mortal...at least MC got to round of 8 last season and had the potential to get to ro4 v Nestea if he hadn't played horribly versus Hongun. What has MVP done in the GSL lately? His TvP is also extremely lackluster a lot of the time, dropping a game to Kiwi at MLG and almost losing to CreatorPrime who is like 14. Polt also always seemed to beat MC with an early push, I dont know if I've seen an equal footing macro game between the two?
I don't know though, could go either way and I'm fairly worried for MC.

MMA with the baller pic :D
I'm interested to see if MC can hold the 1-1-1. And I hope Nestea and MC will face in the ro16!

MVP is a bit strange really. His style is one of the most solid out of anybodies. He doesn't really do anything special, but he just does what he does really fucking well and doesn't make a lot of mistakes. Yet he's probably the least consistent 'top tiered' player. Bit of an oxymoron.

I think MC stands a good chance since TvP is pretty much the ONLY matchup he needed to practice. Probably gonna either see him get epically owned by 1-1-1 all ins or finally see some sick counter to that.
MC fighting!

I think it's because people take huge risks versus people like MC and MVP. Hidden expos, all-ins, super risky teching, etc. Not too many people play standard versus them. MC and MVP's biggest slumps always seemed to come from them playing just strictly standard while their opponents cut every corner possible. MC almost never timing attacks like he used to. I think Nestea is in a better spot now because it's harder to do that against a race like zerg because their scouting capability seems a bit better in the late game with speedlings and speed overlords everywhere, and the entire race is based on how greedy you can be anyway.

Best day of Code S ever? Kind of looks it on paper o_O

This is going to be epic. I cant wait.

Fairly sure the winner of this gsl plays tonight. In what's going to be yet another rofl stomp final.

This is a fucking stacked as shit groups.

MMA's pic so sexy. I almost wish his hair was dyed and it wasn't just the light.
My wanted picks:
MMA, Nestea, MC, Mvp
No matter who gets through among the favorites (i.e. not kyrix/noblesse or Happy, to a lesser extent), the ro16 matchups will be quite sick.

Group stages, especially, is the most unpredictable round.
Yep, anything can happen in just a couple of Bo1s, would be easy for NesTea to get punk'd out

Feel so bad for Noblesse, finally makes code s then gets thrown right into the fire.

Nestea, MC, MVP, MMA, we got too many upsets in history of GSL to expect that all of them will pass, now the question is, which great hero will fall, due to insane amounts of good terrans in GSL, biggest loss would be i guess, if Prof Nestea and MC lose, but then again MMA and MVP showed some great games recently, who knows, maybe we just get lucky and have no upset today. I just hope all 4 of them will play safe, realtively cheese proof builds...

mad respect to mc even if he fails tragically today! everyone wants to see the best players play each other, and nobody wants to watch the best players avoid each other.. whatever the outcome, he is providing us with something nobody else is at this stage!

Hopefully MC shows me the best way to defend against 111 today
