Stream happenening!
did they just say EG/Slayers happened before colMVP? I'm 99% sure that's not right
They said that. Checking TLpedia.
On October 17th, Evil Geniuses created another obscure hype page, indicating an announcement to come. This hype was clarified on October 21st when the team announced an official training partnership between SlayerS and EG.[13] This partnership gave HuK and PuMa the chance to reside permanently at the SlayerS team house, while also permitting IdrA and DeMusliM to reside in a non-permanent way while they compete in the GSL[14] and Code A respectively

I feel like it happened around the same time, but wasn't TL-OGS earlier than either?

Damn EG fielding a pretty beast team today.

TL-oGs was as long ago as the open seasons of GSL in 2010. coLMvP was in summer 2011. EG/Slayers was in Fall 2011

Idra!!!!! with the first win!!! What's up!
GGGGGGGG IdrA takes game 1 WOOOOOOOOOT
Wow, I did not expect that from Idra. Neat!
terrible play by DRG >_>;; what was he thinking...not even scouting that.
O man Idra doing an all in! Good to see him do some variation from his standard play.
Gracks on gracks on gracks, finish him!!
All-ins are pretty good :D I like Idra's aggressive mentality though, ZvZ is a hard match-up to be passive in and he's playing an amazing opponent
Wow, IdrA upsetting DRG in the first game with a roach-ling all-in.
DRG played terrible though, not scouting at all.
Idra taking a lag-free game of DRG, that was surprising!
Idra finally learned that you can actually all in once in a while as a macro player

Smart by IdrA. They were talking about it a lot earlier today how everyone will just assume he'll play a passive macro game. DRG has insane macro so the all in was the correct choice especially with DRG not even scouting

How do you really scout that any sooner than he did? The only way would be getting lucky Zerglings in. Pretty much just a coin-flip build.

Wow nice Greg took game 1!
rooting for eg, since its their tournament, its an exception ! but go EG ! And nice attack by Idra, got drg pretty much off guard it seems, guess drg didn't expected early aggression coming from idra.
...meh I love IdrA but I think DRG definitely will take the other two games...
