If CJ gonna drop this game i'm concerned for them even against MVP then lol. *sorry Prime T_________T*
I feel like if Hydra wins against HerO, then CJ Entus might grab it 3-0 or 3-1, depends on ByuL. They're really falling off after bad start, need to win this first map.
However if HerO wins, Squirtle can grab nuff confidence and ByuL will wreck in his first ZvZ of Proleague this season. And even little herO won't do anything against Artosis's lovely YongHwa.

You need to stop hanging out with DLO
Yeah probably, but surely he can win a PvZ! Right..?

Not that i know of. I would hope they have another caster that yells a little. Brendon and wolf are quite Flat in their cast and you hear koreans caster yelling in the background.
Hope they get more confidence and starts hyping a little much.
Best exemple was the carriers in ... that game from tuesday (can't remember) on SS. KR casters were yelling and english casters was not really hyping this.

Can't the players start a test game before their match just to see if everything is working out fine? Seems like it would work well in this format. Or maybe the booths are occupied and they can't wait for that?

Even worse than fx Ruin though? Hah who am I kidding, Ruin is the next protoss bonjwa, just watch.
I think we might see Mvp at least once in proleague. There'll be a time when parts of the roster will be away, for example Byul for WCS AM, and also IM seems to be trying to change their roster a little bit every time.
Mvp will play when he feels his physical condition is good enough to play. I really am glad that he is taking a break right now and hopefully taking care of his health.

That ad omg. The only thing that could have saved that ad from being absolutely retarded was if it was Mvp instead of inappropriately short skirt girl.
Hey question. In the comercial when you see the players, the first seeing you see is a Zowie Celeritas keyboard. I thought those were banned by Kespa because of the RTR function.

And an award
The award is cheap. Few players can get the Nestea award, but the MVP award is given out every week.
That must mean that the MVP award is better. I mean, how often does the Yonghwa award get awarded? Like never! Nobody wants it!
I still think that the Nestea award is somewhat a bit harder to obtain, considering the difficulty pros seems to have when it comes to consistency, spare a few of them....
Funny thing about Mvp. Most players build their legacy through victory. Some get it through defeat, but generally by losing in the finals (ala Jaedong and MKP).
Strangely, Mvp is the only one that know that consistently loses and puts out bad results and yet I feel like all it does is build up his legacy in a good wya solidifying as the underdog King. He feels like the weakest and the strongest player we've ever had. Al losing does is make us think he's done now, but then we remember who he was, who he is and you just can't help but think he could still beat the shit out of any one of these Gods if we gave him enough preparation. and the right conditions.

Mvp only got popular after he started losing, and suddenly winning a GSL where he was the underdog. since then, his play has been mediocre at best, with a few scattered wins keeping his fans' hopes alive.

I think its the heart he always shows. Like when he kept fighting through all the protoss and won the GSL. And when he got to the finals during the BL-Infestor days and really took it to Life who was nigh on unbeatable at that time. The most amazing thing about Mvp to me is how he always keeps trying. That game against innovation when he was done to 9 SCVs or that game against the euro zerg when he had 3 scvs and he still won!
Its like that song, Mvp has the heart of the tiger.

It's more like when we see someone like Sniper/Roro/Nestea/DRG/MMA fall of the community all become negative about their chances to ever come back.

so winning 9 major tournaments is building your legacy through losing?
It's more like when we see someone like Sniper/Roro/Nestea/DRG/MMA fall of the community all become negative about their chances to ever come back.
Mvp loses and then we see him in the next tournament and you just can't help but think, "Yea, Mvp should lose. But he's Mvp. He can still win."

MMA came back
I'm still quite impressed with this
but like you said, he lost to a non-Naniwa/Scarlett foreigner in his last tournament

And keep in mind Curious ZvT might be the best in the world, top 5 for sure.

And so has DRG and Roro. Though not nearly to the same extent as MMA. MMA is one of those few players who reached the height of the competition, fell off and then climbed his way back to the top.

Curious smashed Flash's mech but lost to Mvp. Thus Mvp's mech TvZ > Flash's mech TvZ.
in an effort (pun intended) to bring my FPL team back on track I traded shine for effort. Byul still being on my anti team (trading him for Flash did not seem right) means this is it. most improtant match of the week for me...and it's a ZvZ...the things FPL do to you!

Yes, it's ok. We will not call you a racist. ..I think

well catz said on meta that sk looks like a monkey once. so i think it's fine

Destiny. And me.
Catz.
Freaky did it too. and there was a really old ZvZ in like old IPTL slayers vs someone where a zerg did like mass spines and only infestors with drops but I can't remember who. it was on metalopolis

I'm not so sure that he is a good benchmark for such matters

Search for Seal vs Xigua on youtube, it's in French, but it's the best ZvZ ever played.

That was quite a good game, the map really suited the style of the players here, lots of action all around, back and forth and not as much the stupid giant roach armies colliding head on that usually ruin ZvZs for me.

not very likely. While T1 is probably a lock for top1, CJ has lost to all other teams in top4
They have to beat MVP and Prime 3-0 pretty much, hopefully also beating SKT or taking them to the ace match. If all of this happens, it's a possibility.
CJ gonna go 3-4 imo, with 2 other teams as well (most probably IM and Samsung, but Samsung may surprise us yet again). So the map difference is gonna play a big part in a playoff spot.
Finally, Park! Finally, CJ! And so many FPL points, yammy! p.s. herO is so handsome p.p.s btw that ruler celebration could be sooooo much better if he jsut broke it =) because what he did with it just made no sense.
Hydra. I dunno how did he throw THIS game. Probably Coach Park needs to stop sending Hydra first, he's crumbling pretty huge seems like. Never saw so many void rays, is Sora always drinking this tea by oneshot? :D Airtoss battles are always fun to watch.
effOrt's infestors are just too good even Wrecking Byul's Nydus isn't as op. And herO's game, nothing to say about it.
But i still can't believe that Hydra choked so hard after being ahead by 70 supply.
