Also explain to me why when in team games, If someone in the game is laggy as shit, everyone lags and chops all day. And its the exact same lag I described above, the game freezes and speeds back up, Its not the normal lag you would think of where frames are not affected. It has to be the way battle.net deals with lag. I already did explain what is going on with the 'speed up / slow down' lag. Read above.

Mhmm so your telling me, that the lag I experience ( And anyone who has ever played with a severe lagger) in 4v4 vs ppl on 56k modems, which cause all 3 of my partners to chop and lag is from audio files................lol k. All my example is for. Is to show that latency has a direct affect on the performance of FPS in sc2. This is nothing new.

edit: Yup, it worked. Thanks, fdsdfg. edit2: Nevermind, after playing a second, and quite unbearable, game it turns out that nothing has been changed.

It's from trying to cache models and textures of 8 different players. It has nothing to do with their connection. If your game lags, your mouse DOESN'T lag, and it doesn't speed up to catch up.. that's network lag, and it is because of them. All my example is for. If I'm in a team game everything runs smooth if no one is lagging, same in 1v1. My FPS doesn't hit 0 and everything runs good, However when and if someone is severely lagging (Name poping on screen non stop), this happens without fail. So my logic is running into a brick wall with you because, this issue does not exist until someone displays severe lag. Since this is directly correlating (In my experience) to someone lagging, why would caching come into play @ all. Without laggers the problem doesn't arise. With laggers it does. Where does caching fit in there. So if I'm to make sense of this, when someone lags I'm re caching all the textures that already exist? When the lag screen pops up SC2 must re cache all textures? That doesn't make sense. And again I'm just using team games as an example. Let me reiterate, One day I was in a 4v4 and we were playing against 4 People from Brazil. One of them was lagging non stop, and the game was very very choppy. I asked all 3 of my teammates on skype if they were experiencing the same thing as I, and they confirmed, yes they were. The dudes name was poping on screen every 20 seconds or so, and in between that time the game was super choppy FPS wise. Now I have played a fair share of team games in my time, and without these "laggers" this chop does not exist. So how does this relate to 1.4, I'm assuming that the high congruency of players is some how causing battle.net to chop FPS in game. So my point is again that lag somehow can affect your frame rates in sc2. This is illogical yes, but in my experience it happens, unless your calling me a liar and something I experienced is somehow a fallacy then by all means sir I submit. So people defrag your SC2 and come back, do tell, let everyone know if your problem with 1.4 is solved. If so than ty you fsdfjksf or whatever your name is =p

• Performance can dip noticeably when using APM responsive peripherals. We have seen several reports regarding performance degradation regarding various APM responsive products in 1.4 and are looking into the matter. Thank you for your patience while we investigate the issue. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/2301630502 I.E. Razer Banshee headset, Marauder keyboard, Specter mouse that change lighting when your APM changes. I have a Specter and I have the same problem as you.
