We have seen several reports regarding performance degradation regarding various APM responsive products in 1.4 and are looking into the matter. Thank you for your patience while we investigate the issue. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/2301630502 sigh you saying my banshees are causing my lag? They're the only headset I have
My Specter is causing mine. I have no other optical mouse.

Ive been having problem with my mouse d/cing lately but now. Everything including my computer d/cs from the game and i have to turn off my computer =(
|
not to mention i have to alt tab cause i cant click on the minimap multiple times during a game
|
Why do I have this feeling its caused as a result of the changes in APM measurement? =/
Ugh, both my keyboard/mouse are the Razer SC2 products.. now I'm kind of scared to ladder lol.
|
Yup I use the Specter mouse. So there we go.
Nice of Blizzard to release a patch that both severely nerfs my favourite unit, AND makes the game unplayable due to lag and stability issues.
+1, Blizzard. -_-
Hope this gets fixed soon.

The servers might have been laggy or something. When i was taking a little break from laddering, i noticed that the 1v1, 4v4 and ffa went away for about a minute, then they popped back up as if nothing happened. it was weird o.o

Can anyone try if turning down the APM/Alerts on your Razer mouse/keyboard/headset configurator helps solve this issue?
|
I'm guessing its probably new patch lag. I had it before with some of the other patches, it'll most likely go away in a day or two.
BTW : I'm not experiencing anything unusual.

guys honestly this is 4real
|
Anyone else having drop issues in custom games on a Mac? I have.
|
I defragged like someone said earlier. No help. Time to go play gears of war 3.
|
same, me and friend were having huge lag spikes, and neither of us showed up on the others' side in a lag screen o.o
|
I'm also getting the real choppy frame rates although i have never had an issue prior to this patch and a quite high end computer.
Also having audio issues, with inconsistent sound volume announcements.
There is certainly issues with this patch somewhere and i don't use any of those peripherals listed above.

Sound volume is suppose to be different so you can hear stuff that happens off screen with a more quiet sound to it.
EDIT: New thing under sound for alert fade. Turn it to 100% if you want it to not fade the sounds in and out.

I'm having graphics choppiness and sound issues as well. The volume seems inconsistent...
|
For the people getting this issue.. AMD-ATI or Nvidia?
|
There is a new feature which attenuates "normal" sounds in favor of alerts, Set this fader to 100% to bypass this new feature.

Hope this gets fixed soon. What I don't understand is why this didn't happen in the PTR, they clearly released something without testing it first which is just sloppy.
