Same with Wolf unfortunately, but he's on the right path now with Khaldor at his side. They are a awesome combo.

Excited for another MLG. So glad they have brought me back again. The other additions are great as well. Floor streams will be representing!

Regardless, this tournament just became a lot more watchable to me =) No more pseudo-player analysis -- just analysis from players who play, and casters who admit they don't play. Even Husky, a caster I used to really think was bottom-tier (because I personally prefer more informed casters and he was very... I think he's getting a bigger cut of the Red Bull stuff than just the appearance fees he'd get here. Wasn't he getting like 50k~ ish per appearance? I wish I was in a position to let my pride be worth more than 50 large. =(
If ever there was a time for someone to be temp banned for making judgments based on wild rumors and speculation, it was here. LMAO I can't imagine what would go through Day9's mind if he read someone saying this. This kind of stupidity is exactly why pros and personalities don't post on the forums anymore.

A truth so vicious it does not let the fact that CSL is not the same weekend as MLG get in the way of it being fact. Very impressive!

lol being on a different weekend makes no difference, the mere suggestion that Day9 might have an undramatic reason to not be at MLG is simply not acceptable. Ofc Day9 is not at MLG because they won't pay him 100k per hour and let him run all 11 streams so that he can afford to live in his 32 bedroom mansion in Long Beach and fuel the private jet he uses to fly around the world stealing Christmas!

Hopefully they don't mix up the pairings too badly. Outside of Tasteosis, DJWheat, Mr Bitter, and you could probably even include Apollo, those other casters generally make me dislike what I'm watching, and I hate having to mute commentary.

being that anaheim is in his backyard, he probably demanded that they increase his salary in order to compensate for MLG not having to worry about lodging and travel .

I agree Day9 might have an undramatic reason to not be at MLG. I just don't think you can say that it is the CSL finals with such certainty it becomes a vicious truth because being on a different weekend does make a difference by making it technically possible for him to do both if he wanted.
If anything it would be the e3 shootmania show he is doing that is closer to MLG so maybe he'll need a break right after that.
Dramatic reasons less dramatic than 100k per hour wage disputes to steal christmas are also not impossible I think, but nobody can say for sure if it is dramatic or not so who knows.

who knows. but he said he was going.
OMG, I've figured it out!
He's competeing in the open bracket as all 3 races with 3 different accounts! Top 3 finish will all be day9! Finals will be Day9 playing on 2 computers at the same time with 600apm on each! MORE EXCLAMAITON MARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You know where the real drama is? The real drama is that MLG wouldn't let him cast AND compete at the same event! He should be playing from the casters desk while casting his own game and the game on the B stream!

Looking forward to this. Looking good to meeee
Free time and high speed internet makes MLG a fun experience

Damned good line up. Seriously who needs day9, especially when so many other casters have now stepped it up. Used to be a fan, still have a mousepad signed by him, but really as of late never see him do anything that doesn't benefit himself massively, which isn't a bad thing, just no longer someone to put up on a pedestal like I used to think of him.
|
isnt mlg sponsored by nos? day9 does redbull? i mean there could be some conflict there but day 9 has casted redbull lans and then mlgs so i dont think thats the reason
anyways im glad there is no JP a little bit sad that there is some rob simpson
apollo and tastosis make up for it though
hopefully rotterdam can cast after he loses (if he loses)

Going to be awesome to see Rotti in the open bracket. Stoked about Apoolo, really rate him. Good mix of other casters - something for (nearly) everyone it seems.
Can't stand this ongoing whinging about Day9 and all the theories about why he in't attending. We have something called "Tall Poppy syndrome" here in NZ - basically if you are doing well you get cut down. Nice to see we've successfully exported it overseas! : (

Hahahahaha. This is pretty good. Day9: the true bonjwa of SC2.

Day9 said that he would be at Anaheim, so quit the drama.

Why no Day9? He is the best caster

no Day9, and there is husky.
probably not gonna watch much
