Yes, but if frod and co never got the backing they did with complexity, their careers most likly would have stagnated ALOT sooner than they did.

Alot of non US people bringing up the house being a 'mansion' and whatnot.
Southern US based states real-estate is cheap right now. You can purchase a 300k house in AZ for like 60k lol

Awesome house guys, hopefully it will help the Complexity players start racking up some awesome results too. North America needs to step up and maybe this will help that happen. Good luck.
I guess those web-cams will help spot any burglers! Haha

this is true and the build quality is pretty shitty and cookie cutter developments pop up like grass and the market is flooded

Florida is like the worst example of housing in the US. So many shitty gated communities.

The house is located in Houston, the largest city in Texas. Let's compare it to Stockholm, which is Sweden's capital city. A tiny apartment for one person in Stockholm costs about 150 000 - 300 000 USD if you want it located decently. If you then want a nice, 1-man apartment, you'll have to pay about 300 000 - 400 000 USD. That's a real nice house, spacious, big yard and close to water. Not to mention how up to date everything is. It's big enough for 20-25 people. Try finding a house in Stockholm close to the water, big enough for 25 people with a nice yard. This is as close as you get (because there are not even that nice houses in Stockholm): http://www.booli.se/bostad/villa/bromma/nockeby/1222492/maklareIt's about half the size of the Complexity house (7 room house, close to water, located in Stockholms suburbs and a yard) and it has a starting price of ~ 2 400 000 USD. The end price will most likely be 10-20% higher. btw, welcome to TL. Just checked the video of the house once more. Looking even better the second time around. Time to do some laddering in order to join complexity in 5-6 years, lol.
That's a completely useless comparison. Stockholm is hipster central, young people are basically selling their organs to live there.

24/7 Camera aka coL Big Brother Season 1!
I was hoping the 24/7 meant there would be a 24/7 team coL stream that would be streaming events, players practicing/laddering, show matches non-stop with no repeat content. Cause that would be truly sick.

I just found SasQuach! nice fellow!

Even before the housing market crash that house in Houston wouldn't be as expensive as it would be in Stockholm. Now if it were in LA, San Francisco, New York, etc it would probably be more.
