Bear in mind that this figure is gross before taxes, and after he's done with SC2 he will have no education to fallback to for a good job. Hopefully it will work out for him, he's a good guy. After he's done he'll have the money to get said education. Starting with high school again when he is 25? And then university? He will finish when he's 35... Not going to happen. Better save as much money as possible now. Why would he magically retake hs? He's already graduated from it... Is he? That'd help. Still all Uni to go through. I'm just saying that this is good money (he's also most probably not paying for rent which helps), but it's money that he will earn for very few years. It's not a long term plan.
after banking this salary for years he could just get a job at a gas station and be fine for life... he probably isnt paying for rent/food, he get stream money + winning tourny money. it all goes into bank account

Now Stephano will begin the EG slump.

Well, that IS a strange idea, I'm glad you thought this through so he can avoid it. Edit: Forgot to mention how sooprized I am about this announcement.
Exactly my point. He will earn this money for 1-3 years (at most), then he has to go back to Uni, which is a very tough proposition after you stopped studying, it needs a lot of strength to do. He's a smart guy though.

Derp. Who saw that coming? Good luck Stephano, I'll like you even though you have turned.... EVIL!

He will have 8 years of university if he still go study Medicine. If he doesn't fail any exam (easier said than done) he will have good chances to get a well-paid job easily at 28 y/o.

Earning 96k a year or 2 for a 19 year old for just playing games is pretty fucking good.
Starting college a bit late is fine as long he has the commitment.

I think you overestimate the difficulty of going back to university after not being in school, too.

Finally Stephano is with EG now after all the weeks of "Is Stephano in EG?", but where will his computer be set up now that he is signed?

A couple months now and Stephano will be another Idra.. Never winning anything but with an ego big enough to still have a fanbase. Pretty sure 99+ % of people if given the option of going to college at 18 or making 150K for 1-3 years( not even counting the free housing, free food, apparel, travel around the world, overall ease of job while working from "home") would gladly make that kind of money and just go to college 1-3 years late. Most people don't make even 1/3 of that starting after college so.... I dont know how it is in france. But here in sweden it's common that people enter university when they are in mid 20s.

Assuming this is 100% accurate, then... LIQUID FIGHTING! I'm hoping we see Liquid.Hero versus EG.RC.Stephano and that Hero takes it! Yea...
Edit: Hmm, I just realized my post is kind of ironic seeing as it says "Evil Geniuses" in the bottom right, lol. I love both teams, though.

Well even if that were true, who cares? 3-4 years earning nearly a hundred grand is great; going into uni at 22 or so is hardly late or unique. And he also can, if he wants, hold a career in esports basically forever so long as hes capable at coaching, casting, or just continues to persevere and play-- look at boxer.
