+ Show Spoiler [Rules] +
1 - Lineup match rule: every team submits beforehand (see rule 2) their lineup of players with their respective sets identified. On each Monday every team knows their opponent team's lineup, and each player is free to play his opposing player whenever they both agree to have the set played, and then each player reports to their captain the outcome of the set and sends him the match replay.
2 - Each Monday the matches and lineups will be announced in the tournament thread. The teams will then have that week to play their matches, and both teams must submit their match report and their lineup for next week, and the winning team must send the match replays with their match report, all by midnight Sunday Pacific of that week.
3 - The match report must come in this format:
Week X*
Match X*
[team1] [score] [team 2]
[player] [score] [player] ([map]*)
[player] [score] [player] ([map]*)
[player] [score] [player] ([map]*)
[player] [score] [player] ([map]*)
[player] [score] [player] ([maps]*)
*information provided each week
Example:
4 - The match replays must come with both players identified in the name file.
(e.g. Player1_Player2.SC2REPLAY)
5 - If a team doesn't have the 5 minimum players (1 bronze, 2 silver and 2 gold) to play all the sets of a match throughout the week, they still have to play the match, and they get a loss for each set that can't be played because of the absence of the player.
6 - If a set isn't played for whatever reason except the one listed in 6.1, the set result is registered as 0-0, and both teams get a set loss. The match has to have at least 3 sets played in order to be valid. If a match has less than sets played, both teams get a match loss, with the played sets taken into account in defining the final match score.
6.1 - If one of the players doesn't show up for his set in the agreed schedule for more than an acceptable amount of time, a walkover is granted to the other team. What constitutes an acceptable amount of time is defined by management in a case-by-case basis.
7 - Every set or match can be forfeited by a team without any justification needed. However, the power to forfeit a set or a match resides entirely on the team's captain.
8 - Everyone is in the league to have fun. As such, player harrassment will not be tolerated. If a player is being harrassed by another player, he should report that matter to the management while providing some evidence to his claims (screenshots, replays, etc). We'll look into it, and depending on how serious the matter is, the harrassing player can go from a warning, a suspension in a specific number of upcoming matches, or being expelled from the league. Please understand that any kind of serious, malicious bad manner will not be tolerated. Stuff like repeated slurs, spam messaging your opponent, direct physical threats, excessively messaging your opponent both in and out of the game or abusing the pause feature will be punished in the ways aforementioned. However, friendly BM such as manner mules/nexus/etc are perfectly fine.
9 - If a player disconnects during the first three minutes of a game, a regame is granted. After that, if the same player disconnects again, the opposing team will win that set. Any disconnect after the first three minutes of a game will be reviewed by the management unless both teams agree on the same outcome that the set should have beforehand.
10 - Observers are allowed in a game, unless anyone involved in the game has an objection to it. If anyone has an objection to having observers in their game, that objection outweighs any desire of having observers in the game. As a followup, any player is free to stream their own games, provided they understand that they're putting their games at risk of cheating.
