SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA. – May 16th, 2012. – Today Evil Geniuses (EG), North America’s premier professional gaming team and a world leader in e-Sports, is honored to announce that they will be competing alongside their partner team, SlayerS, in 2012′s second season of GOM.TV’s Global Starcraft II™ Team League.
Evil Geniuses players Chris “HuK” Loranger, Marcus “ThorZaIN” Eklöf, Ho Joon “PuMa” Lee, and Jin Young “JYP” Park will join veteran GSTL players like SlayerS_MMA, SlayerS_Ryung, and SlayerS_Puzzle over the three month long season. This will be the first the Evil Geniuses team has competed in the GSTL.
Cody Conners, General Manager of Evil Geniuses, remarked, “The GSTL is one of the few events that our team hasn’t had the opportunity to compete in yet. It will be a privilege to join SlayerS, a team that has accomplished so much already in the GSTL, this season.”
Lim “BoxeR” Yo Hwan said, “I believe that the SlayerS-EG joint team is the strongest team in the league, and while we have not done well since our two consecutive titles, we would like use this joint team opportunity to win our third title.”

This is looking pretty awesome IMO. The two teams complement each others' weaknesses really well, and this roster is looking really deep. Can't wait to see what they come up with this season.
