That's an excuse if anything. You don't hear other Korean progamers complaining about it. And that's because they use smurf accounts. It's been mentioned plenty of times on the show that Yellow has multiple accounts, some hidden. If it's really that big of a deal he could play on one of those.
It's not an issue if one is a no namer in BW. It was an issue back then for Boxer as well (ManOfOneWay smurf + other accounts).
The difference is by the time it was known for Boxer , it was not that bad since he was already playing at a decent level. Yellow was still in the training/knowing SC2 phase during Project A and worthless spam does him no good.
If he had multiple accounts all leveled up to masters + on KR ladder and no1 leaks them out saying its yellow i guess it is ok then. Otherwise, raping diamond/platinum ppl all day long doesn't improve his skill.
This movie gave me chills, it was so entertaining to watch. I'm so upset that I got into the SC scene so late, and I missed all these awesome SC 1 moments. But pertaining to the series with Yellow and SC 2, I was really pulling for him, but I think he bit off more than he was looking for with the time he had. While Code A is a wonderful goal, I don't think it was a very realistic goal. Given time, for sure he has a better chance, but I hope he takes it a bit slower.

Same. I'm almost sure he is done actually. It was a really nice interview, and a great series. I think he is done though. Hopefully I'm wrong though

Im sure this would also be fairly frustrating as you wanted to let go of the programmer life for good, but now you are starting it all over again? I can understand if you dont come back, especially after this early exit.
But just know, if you decide to continue in your quest for sc2, I, along with everyone who has commented in this thread, will always cheer for you and support you
GO YELLOW
Did YellOw give up? -.-
nah he didnt give up he just lost in the round of 8 in the preliminaries
There needs to be a season 2. I really hope this isn't the last that we see of YellOw but after his interview at the end of season 1 I am not holding my breath.
I would like him to continue on and try to be successful at SC2, but I don't think there should be a Season 2 putting all of the pressure on him. Instead I would prefer more coverage for all the big names in the qualifiers, showing how they are run and more 'behind the monitor' clips. Do a series showcasing the promising Protoss and Zerg trying to get into Code A / S and take the Terrans down a few pegs.
