I have Psoriasis. If you still want to get rid of the flaky itchy head 100% I suggest you give a certain shampoo a try. It's called T-GEL (by Neutrogena) which is a coal-tar treatment shampoo. Make sure it's the clear bottle one nothing else is as good. "Dandruff" is a blanket term, which includes both of those conditions. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/dandruff/DS00456/DSECTION=causes But you can have just slightly flakey/itchy scalp without it being severe enough to be classified as seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis, and that is when you just call it dandruff

On another note, a lot of people are saying "Oh I thought it was ecstasy pills"
I actually thought first that he was blogging about birth control, and how someone forgetting to take it changed his life or something. Not sure what that says about me, but yeah..

I used to have super awful dandruff. Once, I took a 48 hour greyhound ride (sigh long story but it was a last minute trip and I couldnt afford airfare) and sat next to some dude named Billy who I later learned was a hairdresser. I asked him what I could do about dandruff and he recommended using something with tea tree oil. That shit worked like a miracle.

That's pretty interesting. I've been thinking of buying vitamins lately since my diet has been mainly ramen ~_~ However, grats on the good fortune ^^

Dandruff comes from the scalp, not the hair. Shaving your head is only exposing the problem more.
