Edit: Just saw one of the major admins for the dxtory forums telling someone posting a problem a bout audio desyncing to go die. It was a totally legit post. Check this garbage out. I will never be giving that person my money so that they can be the worst customer support ever.

Everything is fine if not for that massive watermark -_- Edit: Just saw one of the major admins for the dxtory forums telling someone posting a problem a bout audio desyncing to go die. WTF He seems helpful normally, its just sometimes hard to understand because of poor English skills. I've never seen a reply like that though.

If you have spent any time on the forums you will know that is just his way of dealing with piracy. You have to understand that he is able to determine whether the license has been bought or not from the information that you are required to post when asking for help. If you look around there are multiple examples of him telling pirates to go "hang themselves" etc. While his language is harsh, why should he help people that cheat him? There's no excuse for piracy, and asking for help while doing it is bad mannered. Example of a nicer reply: http://forum.dxtory.com/index.php?topic=1241.msg5332#msg5332

To Lumi : The program that you wanted to buy but you saw the owner being not professional at all it wont change you much. Because of 1 person being bad you are getting yourself limited to do whatever you want to do. If you want to stream i suggest you to get it because imo its the right way to do. Look at what u want , dont look at the others. On the other side not all of us are the same and therefor if this isnt changing your mind i suggest you to wait for Xsplit to be fully released with the gamesource (HellGreen has a good info on gamesource that its becoming to work perfectly and as soon the final is released you might be able to use Xsplit standalone instead of using Dxtory with it) Its your choice. Edit : But do remember that neither Xsplit are acting professional towards their costumers. They have never asnwered a lot of people for their needs and i dont think they will till they release the full version most probably. And for the person that owns Dxtory acting like that i dont approve it either. There are tons of programs that are being used for free but 99% of all those companies still act professional towards costumers. Such hard words being thrown to someone is really not professional.

Expecting a professional treatment doing that is beyond normal practice. I don't know any companies (or 99%) that does that. There's no reason to pirate DXTory - it's easily accessible, there's a full featured trial and it's relatively cheap (50$). That said, I don't approve of his choice of words. Support the software that makes you able to play/have fun/etc. Saying for them to act on a professional level is simply do tell them that they are using pirated version and not answer their question, nothing else

Check your bandwidth settings and for dropped frames Bandwidth settings are A-Ok, and dropped frames are 0. I know it varies because when you use Dxtory output, it shows the value on fps on the screen, like Current/Output in yellow - before XSplit updated, it was always 30, now I noticed it sometimes bounce between 29 and 31 I will format my PC soon. I haven't done it since I build it, which was more than 2 years ago. Must be a lot of crap getting in the way that is causing the stutter somehow. Thank you for your reply

Doesn't the tuner software support that in itself? If dxtory doesn't detect that app then I don't see it happen. Use XSplit or fraps?

A slight variance in ingame FPS is completely normal. A variance between 29-31 FPS will not cause stream lag. If you watch one of your VODs, is it stuttering in that too? If yes, you're having bandwidth problems (bitrate too high). If you make a local recording and watch that video, does it lag in that? For further help, please post your hardware specs and what resolution, fps and stream settings you use.
