On top of that, they are able to "top up" the user base. With this beta, I'm sure most people who were in the beta at the beginning have moved on to other things. It's a single player beta and there just isn't enough content to keep people playing through the whole length of the beta testing phase. So, if they did an open beta in the beginning, they could potentially have a really hard time getting enough players at this point. | ||
