The insert song in episode 1 and 3 (the parts where Shu pulls out Inori's Void and starts to pwn everyone like a badass), Bios, is sung by a Japanese singer but the lyrics is actually in GERMAN. Accordingly, even native German speakers got fooled by the bad German.
Oh what? LOL....I think Skilledblob is German...does anyone know the English lyrics? lol

oh lol, i didnt recognize it either
you'd have to show me the song because I dont know it. But based on my experience with german in animes I dont doubt that the german is horrible.
if you mean this song
she is speaking german or at least she tries. But the background music is so loud and her singing so bad that I can hardly understand anything. If you give me the written Lyrics I can translate it but not based on what she's singing

Does anyone know if Kirigutsu's Thompson Contender is a Mystic Code or a Conceptual Weapon? Or is it considered both? The Type-Moon wiki seems to list it under both Mystic Codes and Conceptual Weapons.
The gun itself is the Mystic Code, the bullets are the Conceptual Weapon. At least that's how i read it.
This is sort of how I felt too. Presumably, the same effect can be achieved from the Origin bullet no matter what kind of firearm he uses. I guess the Type-Moon wiki is questionable on this topic...
Well the thing is that anything can be a mystic code as long as it is used like that. So any gem that Rin collects and puts prana into is her mystic code, etc.

The Contender and the bullets are kinda considered one and the same. They're two separate entities, but they're also used together so whatever. He could technically use the bullets in another gun, but given his operating methods and the limitations of the attack, it'd probably never happen.
Mystic codes are just weapons/tools used or preferred by a magus. Conceptual weapons refer to things that impose a concept on their target to inflict harm. There's no reason why a Mystic Code can't also be a conceptual weapon. Sion's Barrel Replica, for instance, is both. The jewel sword could also qualify I guess.
Oops you got it already. Jeweled sword should count, just that for the little prana you put into it you get Magic, wtf op shit.

More like, based on your experience with any languages not Japanese in anime, it is bound to be bad :3

Thanks for the clarification on the Nasuverse problem.
Regarding the GC insert song, someone translated the lyrics already.
I don't know German so I can't comment, but my impression is that the German lyrics got butchered. It is beyond me why they can't just find a German singer for this song considering the song is entirely in German beside a few lines in the background in (OKish) English.
EDIT: here's a better version of that song on Youtube.

Nisemonogatari is faithful to the light novel.
I am kind of frighten to know what the Light novel truly is lol
wtf? So it seems people that died in the alternate reality world get their memory erased to an extent. I am going to assume that they lose memory or apart of themselves that is responsible for putting them in that world in the first place. For example, Kagari lonely-ness and dependent-ness on Yomi was erased after BRS killed her in that world and same with the basketball captain after her rejection. All I gotta say is that that Yomi chick is pretty....crazy. =/
It just wouldnt be fairy tail without the entire guild ranting on for a good 5min about friendship huh? Then go on ahead and beat the crap out of the antagonist. Power of friendship is pretty overpower

I thought nanoha German was not that bad
Also, Ghost in the Shell soundtrack has authentic Russian.

German in Nanoha was not bad, but those things would only utter one German word at a time... this song is pretty much ENTIRELY in German.
I guess I shouldn't blame the producers too much on this. If animes were made in the US (or better yet, in Canada), it would be sooooo easy to find native speakers of any language for short and easy voice overs.

It wouldnt be to hard for the people who actually make them either. I dont think they really care, as long as their audience knows its a different language thats pretty much that.

Sounds like it would be pretty difficult to find someone who's fluent in German, can sing well, be in Japan, and communicate with the Japanese producers. =\
I love how it was taken off for sexual content lol
hahaha I'm just imagining some normal and average ~30 year old mom youtubing "how to brush your kid's teeth" or something like that and finding that video instead.

That there are people that are so unbelievably thick that they need a youtube video for that is more awkward than that person finding that video.
