Her ult timer is pretty much the same as any other ult? nothing wierd there. I think people underestimate her passive alot. its a lot more sustain then you give it credit for.
Still think her numbers are on the weak side tho.
ps. Try starting with vamp scepter instead of cloth. snooped did and he pretty much never went low going wolves>blue>wraith>red>golems
Tho he does lvl E first but for jungle i think that makes more sense since it should help clearspeed.

My item build with her in jungle is. Cloth-5pot, ->madreds->boots->wrigs->merc boots->phage->witsend->bt->frozmallet.
Some things that I noticed more, is that her ganks are weak, because she doesn't have any good cc. But she does hit fairly hard if she can stick on the enemy.
Haven't really quite tried fiora top lane. (i'd assume she'd be sorta beasty, due to passive, and great steroid)
Anyone else got anything to attribute to this new champ?
The passive is weak, and the steroid is terrible. I'm guessing she's actually going to have trouble finding a place in current meta until they boost some numbers, maybe fix her Q to apply auto attacks. 120%as for 3 seconds is bad? :O So strong imo. I think her W needs to reflect % dmg back, as opposed to flat magic damage,. Her Q is okay ish, I sorta wish it was a skillshot dash as opposed to a targeted dash. Her ulti does absurds amount of damage, to single target, and to groups of target. Really? Let's compare:
Warwick W: +80% ASPD for 10 seconds with 40% to every surrounding ally
Fiora E: +120% ASPD for 3 seconds and some movespeed, though refreshes on kill.
So basically the skill is awful unless you get a kill.

The ones I am really looking at are Cassiopea, Kennen and Xerath. Which one is most like Gragas in terms of laning and farming up?
Kennen is sort of like Gragas with his long poke and then melee range combo. You wont regret buying any of those though They are all real strong.

At level 6 it's like 13 health over 6 seconds. If you trade 4 hits with enemy champion you regen 53 health. It's not useless, but there's not much credit to give it.

Interesting he said smartcasting q caused it to double proc. Anyone else have that problem?

Discovered another problem with Fiora. Her parry doesnt block on hit effects. It wont stop garens silence or udyrs stun. just the dmg

Hmm after seeing junglers be at like 30-60 minion kills every single game at 15min and when im at like 130 usually i think that i should start jungling instead of solo top or AD carry in solo queue because apparently no one has any idea how to jungle properly

i was very disappointed when they didnt announce my roa, deathcap, or zhonyas in chat i was very proud of acquiring those

Not working against on next hit cc removes a ton of use from the ability tho. Its already only a single hit and now there isnt even a use for saving it for a particular hit really.

It seems that it's more or less only useful against next-hit high damage things like Nasus, Wukong, Sivir, or I guess Morde (though does it block the magic damage?). It's nice in trades, sure, but the things you want to "save it for" are very limited.
Edit: maybe like, Cait or Ashe passive crit thingies, but they'll be getting enough crits outside of those that you probably don't want to save it for something like that.
Double edit: if you parry Jarvan's passive first hit thing, will his next one apply the extra damage or no?

It just says the next basic attack gets parried nothing about the type of damage.

I think it's really stupid that she has a 1.5s shield that only blocks one basic attack and returns magic dmg with no extra effect. Let's compare:
Morganas prevents CC, Sivir and Noct both ignore any spell(even Veigar ulti), and Jax dodges ALL basic attacks for 2 seconds, even onhit effects.
And what does Fiora get? An ability to block a single basic attack and reflect magic dmg. If it slowed it'd make sense, now it's just crap.

yea they should make it a slow where u like poke them in the legs o noes now im slower

Like if you return a tibbers, Annie should be made to feel REAL foolish. I mean, that would make sense in terms of eating the stun still. Like she gets something out of it (stunning you) but you get the "FUK U ANNIE" feeling from watching her eat her own spell.

Imo it should Stun or something. All it is now is spam W erry time it up and miss an Auto.
She pretty much exactly what her Title says, a grand duelist. Kinda Mediocre in teamfights unless she super fed. I rather have Riven or a ranged AD.
