Also, with the amount of cards that can kill delver being spoiled, delver will cease to exist as a deck once avacyn restored comes out. The sphinx is not even anything close to a delver answer. Blue has much better answers to delver than a 4 drop french vanila.
yea I don't even know how that card is a mythic honestly.
I'm seeing that land for the first time. Holy crap, it doesn't even come into play tapped or lose life like Boseju did? daaaaaaayum

Griffin is mythic because it utilizes the exile to actually summon a creature. Not many creatures do that (read: None). There might be some mid range deck with Molten Tail Masticore with that card and Grand Architect or something like that.
I can see some UR or RUG mid range with a curve to 4.

"HEY GUYS WE PRINTED AN ANSWER TO DELVER, AND YOU CAN MOORLAND IT, NO ITS AWESOME DAMN YOU"
-_-" There's gotta be some way to break that card, I know there is, but I don't know enough cards to know what it is. This card should be easy to break too: Food Chain goes off with it in Legacy. There probably isn't a great way to break it in standard, but considering you can pitch it to FoW or misD it has other upsides. Also its inability to get plowed is pretty relevant when many decks only have plow for removal (GW maverick, UW stoneblade) I mean if your attacking to kill someone after plowing it out of the way it's not really doing much, If my opponents are spending four mana over and over for a 3/3 flyer in legacy I feel like I would be pretty damn happy. Interaction with moorland haunt etc in standard is generally interesting, dungeon geists as a 3/3 flyer without keeping something tapped actually can win some games, so it's not awful in standard i guess. Not sure if it has a home right now but maybe in future standard.
I guess it can eat a Force in some matchups, generally reserved for JMS. If it was a Wizard I would definately say that it would see play, since with that new land Wizard decks are going to be acceptably strong, maybe Fae.
Overall the most format breaking card so far for legacy is probably the counterproof land, I thing Fae has a chance since in creature matchups uncounterable T2 BB is pretty solid vs creature decks, and they have strong control vs combo.

I think we`ll just have to wait and see what the counter proof land will do, especially after rotation. At least wizards admitted they messed up on printing snapcaster.
|
Snapcaster? They complain about Snapcaster? Yes, totally a mistake when Lingering Souls was printed in the same block. They fucked up when they thought Hexproof was a great thing to throw on creatures other than trolls.
And Legacy has Wasteland.
|
borderline too terrible for standard, but blocks dungrove all day so might see play in green mirrors. but the 3 slot for green is so heavy already (sword, dungrove etc) hence why he won't see much play if any.

That card is a trap. You are gonna keep up 2GG every turn if you have multiples? No. And the Limited format looks to be shaping up to be slow.
Edit:
This upcoming standard (SoM through M13) makes me remember why I quit MtG the first time (at least partly) and didn't want to get in standard when I first came back (end of Shards/beginning of Zendikar). Wizards print these stupid cards with stupidly easy mechanics. Cavern (along with that GW Angel) will ruin control decks, basically all control decks will have to be the tap out variety (a la Esper Walkers) with very minimal counter magic. That course of action is fine...except look at the creature power level and the creature based decks in standard right now. Hexproof with Caverns is stupid, it's not a fun interaction and it narrows the lines of play by itself. Lands shouldn't do that in Standard, the last land to do that got insta-banned in Modern and was only kept down by shitty pilots and Jace. Furthermore, I don't see why countermagic matters right now, Mana Leak isn't the problem (Wizards think otherwise). It's the fucking 3/2 Flyer on turn 2 for U and the 1/1 Hexproof Unblockable and the 2/2 Hexproof that bashes for 6. But somehow Mana Leak is the problem, when most UB or UW or UBW players have been boarding it out consistently (right now almost 2 always comes out for me outside of control mirrors even then I am trying to cut them).

I thin the format looks pretty promising. I just don't like thise miracle cards. Makes topdecks kinda retarded.

Its sad to say that "control" now means planeswalker decks.
They really need to stop printing format warping cards...

I'm trying to find a Magic poster with just the five mana symbols and maybe Magic the Gathering under them. It's such a simple thing, why has no one made it and why isn't it for sale? lol.

Perhaps you could get it made?

They really need to stop printing format warping cards... They went the direction of "make creatures better so we have more players" after the whole "waah this game is unfun" mirrodin block drama, and now power creep caught up to them, and every deck needs creatures (remember the days of yore when a control deck doesn't need creatures beside finishers?)

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Where should I go to get it made? Do I just give them the image online?

I have problem with creatures being better. I have problems when they make stupid mechanics like hexproof, basically shit that is only positive. Hell, even undying has drawbacks. Hexproof is like OH HEY THERE YOU DON'T INTERACT WITH ME.
Anyways, preliminary testing with the Esper walkers deck seems positive. Ramp can't beat it and my build is currently focused on interacting with all the herp derp creatures.

Email a Graphic Designer and provide the images you want.
Thoughts on Tibalt? He looks like he's be really powerful if you managed to get him out pretty early.

Card neutral +1, dies to every 3 mana burn spell, terribly aggressive -2, meh ultimate except in R/x dork mirrors. Seems pretty bad.

So, who is interested in drafting/sealed with a format with basically 0 removal spells? I have one coming up, called Avacyn Restored!
Seriously there's basically no removal for such a large set, probably less than 5 good removal spells, at the common/uncommon there are basically none.
