It sounds like a method of control to me... sorry, but many foreign fans such as myself still have huge mistrust with KeSPA. I am hoping this view will change with time.
Probably was a miss-opportunity for them today to NOT talk about how important the foreign scene is and how much they want to be a part of it. yup. remove progamer license. so you dont have progamers anymore and make it less professionell. woho a license means absolutely nothing. You license someone to drive a car because it's dangerous to have untrained motorists. There are absolutely no risks to having an untrained gamer. Refresh me if you understand this better, but I do not see the point.
I have nothing against a license, but I wish Kespa would stop adressing people without license as "not progamer".

I only played in B-class football league, so I was just an amateur, but I still had to get a sort of licence (player card) that required me to pass medical tests every six months.

It said he's enjoying the competition and new challenge, not that he's enjoying the gameplay. I don't see any incentive for blizzard to fix the game since people are buying it anyway. Sad...

Yep, at least in every sport I've done (Athletics). You need a license, you need to show before every competition. And as a official you need to check the licenses for the professionals.

Funny how his rhetorical question backfired. ;p

Wow this will be interesting!

OMG, here we go. Best things still to come ^^

Lim Yo-Hwan, Korean BW scene owes so much to you. And now you are doing things for SC2... Your place is special in my heart. <3

No idea about the pro scene but outside of it Koreans are still going to be playing BW. They didn't move over to Special Forces 2 when it replaced Special Forces 1 in the Proleague. http://gametrics.com/ Also, even though Warcraft 3 professionally doesn't exist in Korea anymore, it is still ranked 6th. The games that seem to be played a lot and are esports are ones like LOL which were popular before being shown on TV and not the ones where they are shown on TV in the hopes of it becoming popular.

lol i find it highly funny how such a company like kespa can say such bad things about sc2 come around 2 years later sick u-turn

Chance that this is not the last OSL?

Thank god.
I am so happy they are at least ending BW quickly. I don't think I'd be able to handle a slow fizzing out. I'm so glad they're letting it out with a bang with a full transition like that (one last Starleague, and an amazing PL grand finals).
BW RIP.

Boxer, you are my hero! Boss question.

Is there a main reason that they are using the HotS logo rather than WoL?
After seeing all this moving forward lately Ive thought that the BW would make the transition into HotS rather than WoL anyway, they are not going to want to learn WoL when its going to become some what nul and void as soon as HotS drops.
Am I think to far into this or do we see a transition straight into HotS?

Very super awesomely nice!

is there anything known about the races played by the sc1 pros`?

So awesome. I can't wait.

Not make it someone else's work to find out if what you are saying is the truth or not Actually it is right here ... http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=330806 and also articles about players retiring because they won't be able to keep up with the transition. So one player tweets that he finds sc2 boring and that automatically translates to 'a lot'? I can just as easily link a thread which quotes flash enjoying SC2 and label it as the majority. Obviously not every BW progamer is going to enjoy the switch. However, to say that they are all going to retire is just absolutely silly. I am not going to bother to find the articles for you because there were few articles which cover the aspect of transitioning to sc2 and the possibility of players retiring from the professional scene just because of the switch.
That's because there were no such god damn articles. Provide facts or gtfo.
