I am not going to bother to find the articles for you because there were few articles which cover the aspect of transitioning to sc2 and the possibility of players retiring from the professional scene just because of the switch. That's because there were no such god damn articles. Provide facts or gtfo.

Lazy bum Oh man, I remember those articles, but they're buried so deep within that closed SC2/BW rumors thread. Over 100 pages to sift through -_-
But it was mostly speculation about how apprehensive they were about a big wave of retirements and the possibility of fans not switching over. And a lot of other speculation that we already know about.

Definitely hoping this work out for everyone and they manage to retain and increase the big corporate sponsors. As long as great players like Flash can continue as progamers I would be super happy. I feel that Kespa pick an excellent time to switch to give the best opportunity for their players to succeed at SC2, with HOTS coming out its almost a reset button for strategy and i cant wait to see some ass kicking

wow that sounds sweet for korea and I am glad they decided to work together up there. Prefer how it is now though.

Claim something exists, won't provide links to it. Great argument you have there. I mean just do it? How hard is it? You have 0 credibility otherwise.

Again, it's mostly speculation, but it makes logical sense.

I've read all of these articles about the switch and no where does it say the majority of BW pros are depressed and unhappy about it. Nowhere does it say they're all going to quit either.

The end of an era has come.

I'm so freaking excited for this man.

Some games even provide a BW-feeling. There's so many people who would flat-out disagree with that second part, its not funny. You should hear what the BW pros said about sc2 and how many of them are incredibly depressed at this news, and even more are leaving esports altogether. Korea is going to keep rejecting this sad excuse for a successor no matter how much Blizzard/GOM try to shove it on us. Take off your blinders. SC2 is evolving into quite a good game. Games were very boring and unimaginative during beta/early release; however, we are starting to see more and more complex games at the highest level. What are BW pros currently saying about SC2? I am not interested in what they had to say during beta. What are they saying now that they are playing and practicing the game? I know that Flash, for example, is actually taking a liking to SC2. Uh... Not really. A large majority of BW pros are upset or planning on leaving. This is all recent released statements and tweets from their channels, not to mention real life statements from my own progamer friends. Take it from someone who is actually here and know them personally, not just from watching them on streams.
Because according to him he is pretty close with some bw pro gamers and they have already disclose some distaste to the switch and retirement is actually an option for them if they don't like the transition.

I wonder who the OGN English casters will be for SC2? Maybe Wolf and Khaldor decide to make a jump to it. It would be great for their careers.

Or Moletrap and Torch who are already over at SC2 casting LoL. Plus, both have experience with SC2, Moletrap as a caster and Torch as a manager and former player.
But if they cooperate with GOM, maybe seeing Tastosis or Wolf-dor might be a possibility.
