Also a tip for SC players, F.lux reduces blue light, so if you still wanna get some SC going on with the F.lux effect, just turn the Blue down in your monitor color all the way. It doesn't seem to be EXACTLY the same, but it looks fairly like the same effect. I was disappointed that it didn't work in SC, so I am doing this now after sunset

simple: any meat you like, any vegetables you like, brown it, cover it for 5-10 mins, eat it.
Coffee is not good for digestion, nervous system, liver, kidneys, teeth, concentration and the list goes on. Some ppl can drink 7 cups a day, some start spazzing after 2. Its individual. Video above is silly, I dont know what you can get out of that.
So I have a question and couldn't think of a better place to go to. So I have been eating low calorie meals recently. about 2 hours after I am starving again. Does this pass, IE keep eating low calorie meals and then my body would just get used to it? Should I increase my calorie intake? Switch foods?

Are you cutting? Bulking? What are you doing?
For me, the hunger never went away. Thank heaven I'm bulking again.

foods rich in protein and fat tend to fill you up more. I found that especially chicken is extremely stuffing while still low on calories. other than that, yeah, if you don't want to feel hungry you have to eat more
I am cutting Calories. Its the hardest thing I think I have ever done. Like I crave a burger sometimes its like really sad. . . . this is day 2. I am basically cutting out all meat. Eating fruits and veggies. But like I think to myself. ok I have had 500 calories today. . I need 2000. I can have a double cheese burger for dinner. But then i don't. Its tough. To give you guys an idea, i am like 360 6'4". I need to looses about 1/2 my body weight to be healthy. And i know the main thing that I need to fix is my diet. I never eat Veggies. Now thats all I am eating. God I hope this is worth it.

meat does not contain any carbs, if you want to lose weight you should cut back on carbs and not on protein/fat.
Fruits and vegetables are healthy so eat them, just avoid bread, pasta, fries etc
Meat contain calories. Cuttings cabs does nothing if you don't cut calories.
You can eat a ton of vegetables and get few calories. You do want to be low on carb foods like potato, rice, pasta, bread. But same goes for fatty foods like nuts, oils, meat. Vegetables have like 20 kcal for 100 grams. Potato/rice/pasta have like 400. Meats have like 180 kcal in 100 gram. Nuts, cream and oils are the worst with like 600.
Yes, it is really hard to not eat when you are hungry. I used to fast at christmas for several days when I was younger. You really go insane that way. It is all about willpower.
What is this paleo and anti carb thing going on in here? Is it such a fad in the US or on the internet? I thought Atkins was a thing of the past.
If you are eating too much, which you probably are if you are obese, you do need to reduce your carb food portions and largely cut out all sugar-calorie foods except fruits. But this no carbs but no restrictions on meat is stupid. If you can't restrict yourself to eat healthy you probably won't be very succesful losing weight.

Go Paleo
Fruits, veggies, meats, fish, nuts, seeds,
if you need starches go with sweet potatoes.
lol @ Miyoshino thinking paleo is low carb. It's neither low or high carb... you can eat as many carbs as you want on Paleo if you up fruit, vege, and safe starches like sweet potato intake.
Even if someone goes "low carb" Atkins style it works because protein and fats are more filling than carbohydrates. However, it can also be done with a mostly plants based diet too.
Doesn't really matter as long as you cut out refined carbohydrates that are high density calories and not filling. Sodas, candy, juices, and any type of junk food are obvious. Breads, pastas, etc. are easy things to get rid of as well as they are dense in carbohydrates and NOT satiating. Potatoes are dense in carbs, but they are at least filling. Nuts are dense calories but fairly filling for the amounts of calories they provide.
Diets that just focus on cutting calories do work, but if they have poor satiety they will have very low compliance. In weight loss, compliance is everything. Hence, why it's best to focus on "real foods" which are satiating, even if they have "high calories"
B-Roll:
Eat = Fruits, veggies, meats, fish, nuts, seeds, if you need starches go with sweet potatoes.
Do not eat = Sodas, candy, juices, and any type of junk food, breads, pastas, grains, etc.
