This time last year the only teams with any money at all were FXO and Slayers so this is a vast improvement. Plus when they all move over to playing pro league I expect more sponsors to come in and teams in general to become more stable. It's inevitable that mergers will happen when the Kespa teams come in because 17 teams is too many. 10 is a nice number to have imo. TSL isn't just keeping afloat. They have always been in a good spot financially. They are one of the few teams that sends their players overseas without a foreign partnership. They send Polt out a lot yes. But how do you know Polt isn't paying his own way (he's a rich guy post Super Tournament). Almost all the times their other players have gone to tournaments it's been on the tournaments dollar. Coz coach lee is a even richer guy who owns several cyber cafes The fact that Coach Lee is rich doesn't necessarily mean that he actually sends his players to foreign events though. I do think that he does, because Polt would not have joined TSL without that incentive.
Coach Lee pays for his players to go to foreign events out of his own pocket, this actually makes some of the other Korean teams Jealous of him because he can afford to send his players to events, and many of the other Korean teams can't or won't. Coach Lee also put up a lot of money to get TSL a nice new teamhouse a couple months back, its actually the largest teamhouse in Korea.
Coach Lee cares a lot about his players. He always tries to do what is best for the players.

Exactly. Its also one of the reasons he gets so "crazy" or offended when teams poach his players or when a player betrays his trust. He has also willingly released players from contracts when he feels he cannot provide for them what he promised or what they expect (JYP, Clide, SangHo/Killer, TesteR/sSKS, FruitDealer).

StarTale now had 10 players who have been in Code S. 11 if Life gets in. (And perhaps 12, if SaSe gets a seed)

Reading this made me so happy! :D

11(this season)-1 (zenex) = 10 which is an even number, I don't understand what fnatic has to do with this

Make that a possible 13 if Hack qualifies.
