If Fuzer acted childish, then MoW acted like retards.. Both are mistaken, but it is clear who will suffer more from this.

There are 9 paying players there, that means 5400€ per month, plus stream revenue and sponsors support! Isn't that enought to have them eat properly ? I don't think Poland is more expensive then Portugal, so i bet you can have them eat decent every month. If it's not enought they have to ask for more money... duh?

They agreed about the rent beforehand, but the written contract is about making sure that the inhabitant understands and agrees all the terms, which he didn't. two separate agreements. right? "When we talked about my coming I was only interested about my practicing over there and that's what we agreed." Actually this guy has a point, they had an oral contract for that.

Maybe he was hard to deal with during his stay in the house, but from reading this thread, it seems his demands (let someone check the contract for dubious parts he discovered himself) weren't over the top. I don't quite understand however, how the MoW-Team could let him come to the house without signing the contract. That MUST mean, that Fuzer didn't get to see the contract before departing for poland. In that case, ALL fault is on MoWs end. That means Fuzer trusted enough to PAY-UP before getting all the info, so he basically allready fullfilled most of his side of the contract. To refuse cooperation after already being payed seems like a 100% dick-move. On a personal note: If i go to a gaming house, where i am promised to have all the time to practice in the world (apparently from what i read about the house you where supposed to have motivators, coaches and so on), i'd expect someone to clean up the gaming room for me, not to be pestered to clean up the gaming room and my own room. If i am left alone, have to clean up my room, my gaming set, do my washing and everything, what would i spent loads of money for then? being isolated from home?

So that means that MoW didn't steal the money from fuzer and so the claim is false. The whole contract could be inefffective in his case though making his claim for the rent (minus the days he stayed) viable.

If i wanted to be an "atheletic" gamer I would not be too happy with that food. A lot of fat -> bad for gaming/concentration.

For staying in shape if you dont look like a calvin klein underwear model you still can stay in shape if you work out with this food.

I don't like most French food however :D I'm really sad this house didn't fulfill what it promised. When i read the first articles about it, it seemed like it would be kind of a spa+gaming house, but seeing fuzer comments and MoWs responses, it appears to be a nice house in poland where gamers get dumped to have self-time and play. Would've loved for it to be a real training facility. does anyone think we'll actually see an end to this story, or will it just fade away like basically every drama on TL/SC2? edit: about rent-payback: MoW-Boss stated they kicked him out (apparently because he wasn't cleaning up after him self and had too many complaints... lol), so shouldn't he be obligated to pay back any payments?
