This medical school seems more like a parent imposed idea, like the old story of "when you grow up you have to become something respectable like a doctor". At his ages he has no idea what he really wants in life. My bet is he will change his mind and drop the doctor pursuit sooner or later and get into something else.
He's 20 years old. If it wasn't for progaming, he would already be doing studies, like most of the people that age. " At his ages he has no idea what he really wants in life " : I guess you know him really well to know that?

I honestly think that Stephano has 0% chance of achieving medecine in france.
He lacks the discipline and the hard work ethic that is necessary to pass the first year which is VERY hard in France. To get it you have to work EVERYDAY for 6 or 7 hours at home on your daily classes to learn them. You can't go out, you loose your friends and you don't have time to do anything beside working. I Shit you not, even if he's good at starcraft with little effort, that doesn't mean he's good at everything.
First year is not about understanding or w/e it's ONLY about learning by hearth all your lessons.
And, seeing how he enjoys going out and living his life at the fullest degree, i can't see him transition into 1 full year of work on his lessons.

Yup, 1rst year of medical in France school is totally retarded and has nothing to do with the actual med studies.

Oh shit this plane issue really sucks :s. It really changes a lot of things, really unlucky for him and demuslim but they're going to be very tired when they reach the event .

He already said that he doesn't want to do medecine anymore. He talked about nurse last time cos it's easier (and i think shorter ? correct me) thant medecine.

He is enjoying himself now, and will buckle down to study? Is that so hard to believe I know many people who do that, take a year off party and enjoy life than smash study and become doctors, engineers, lawyers. It's not hard to do, those who think it is are just weak minded.

Indeed.
To the poster above : Uh, you might wanna say that it's not impossible, but 1rst year of med school in France is definitely hard. And it has nothing to do about being weak minded.

Point is, he probably wont change this life for school. It would be stupid.
He will earn $3000 per month in EG + prize money for 1 year of contract.

stephano never said he wanted to become a doctor. He said he wanted to become a male nurse............. which is alot easier than becoming a doctor.
As far as im concerned, he should keep doing Pro-gaming as long as hes making decent money. You can always pick up your studies 4-5 years down the line . I dont see starcraft dieing anytime soon so it would be wise to stay in the scene for atleast another 2-3 years.

More like $ 10,000 or more in salary a month, not 3k.

I think he has a big chance at the first place in wcs world finals. He can beat all the qualified koreans. I think he can beat Seed too and become the undisputed god of zvp.
