Somehow I'm not surprised. I'm glad that part of the story found a happy ending.

Sorry for my bad English - it's not my native language We still don't know which side of the story is true, but guessing from lack of responce from MoW side conclusion is rather simple. I'm Polish and I would like to personally apologize anyone who got affected by bad service of MoW gaming house. It really makes me sad that some minority, unproffesional pricks can quickly put so much bad light on whole gaming community in Poland. There is always someone looking for quick and easy money EVERYWHERE, so please do not put that on my weird country. About the contract... I'm not a law expert, but I know one thing. Those "you can't do something for X years blah blah blah" in most civilized countries are empty threats. Contract can't stop you from doing something that is your main source of income - which in this case you can (my assumption) easly prove. For example: I'm an Internet Marketer and every agency I worked for had that in my contract (but only 1 year, 10 is just plain stupid) that I can't work for any other agency or one of the clients they had in time I was working for them. I've changed jobs few times and met a lot of people during that time that did the same. Everyone doesn't give a crap about it. It's just a scare tactic. Lack of training schedule, no personal training, crap food etc - that are signs of bad service. From other side... If in MoW there are some good/well known players, it is also up to them to make this situation clear. If they got paid by MoW to use them as advertising of their service - they are just part of the freaking scum and are responsible for putting other gamers in shit situation. If they just joined the house - why they won't speak up? Anyway, I hope this will get solved and won't reflect on some of really good gamers from Poland. WTF? this is not Poland's fault, it's not your fault and it doesn't represent the Polish culture and standart. Should Mana apologize? Should Nerchio apologize? Should ESL apologize since Carmac is polish? heck no.. Whoever says that is a stupid moron, this is beetween Fuzer and MoW.. If the owner of MoW doesn't conduct himself in a responsible and professional manner it's is own fault and might take his bussiness down, it's not a "Poland" problem..

The money he paid for was for the verbal agreement, not based on the contract.

I feel that when he moved into the House he was set on stay for a 3 month stunt. When moving into any normal apartment or when renting house from a landlord, you need to pay the amount you say you will stay for. Form where I work If someone wants to move out of our apartment buildings they need to give us 60 day notice. Even if they want to leave within the next 2 weeks they still need to pay for the full 60 days. Since Fuzer (tenant) and MoW (landlord) knew that he was going to stay their for 3 months then he needs to pay what they assigned for. Its a shame that people cant get their money back but the tenant is legally obligated to pay for the amount they set on. that seems shady, most place have you pay first and last months rent and maybe you pay them in post-dated cheques for the months in between Anywhere with a month to month lease runs how I have describe. You are thinking of a set year rate. I have live/worked at a lot of apartment/renters places, I feel that I have a bit of insight on how it works. Edit: Spelling From what I understand, you would still need a contract to be signed to enforce the rent/lease contract. What happened here is not normal. No contracts were signed, yet money was paid. Then why was he in the house? There must of been a verbal agreement that both parties had.

In my eyes, "boss" needs to be fired, maybe the gaming house will become better. And for all the people that said also "yeah they wont make the same mistake again", if you leave a scammer scam you once, he will definitely do it again someday. GG

The could have avoided a lot of bad PR by negotiating with Fuzer instead of pretending not to have recived any money from him. lol

I feel like the "nobodys" wouldnt be treated as well as the pros in the house. Talking to their leaders/organizer/ w/e on skype he did not seem very proffesional at all.

Seriously. Sadly, that seems to be natural cause in all someone does. They do stuff well, nobody complains and little praise is usually given. But the moment that someone makes a mistake, everyone grabs pitchforks and rallies the crowds, becoming the most unforviging force... I'd love to see half of these haters to try and start an endeavour like that.. they'd give up really quickly, because they'd realize that the business is not all rainbows and unicorns, as well as the fact, that you simply can't appease everyone. There will be always someone discontent, no matter how hard you try. Not to mention the fact, that nothing ever runs flawlessly, mistakes do happen. Important is to learn from them and *move on*. Also, from what I gathered, the contracts are going to be reworked and MoW is working on the issues raised. Hoping that people will actually see it and stop feeding this unnecessary drama.

Both sides of the story agree with eachother and I don't see any contradictions. Fuzer agreed to pay up front, and it's MoW's policy to not give refunds because of the planning process for the house each month. Both sides know this. Fuzer asked to have his laywer review the contract, MoW asked tos ee the lawyer's license. Fuzer doesn't end up showing MoW the lawyer's contract, so no copy of the contract was sent to a lawyer. Both sides agree to this. The only problem I see on MoW's side is the professionalism by Boss. The skype convo really dug his grave for this one. instead of saying this: "[11.9.2012 12:42:11] Samuli "Fuzer" Romppanen: as you said i didnt sign it [11.9.2012 12:42:17] Boss: So I don't have your money [11.9.2012 12:42:32] Boss: Do you have any confirmation? [11.9.2012 12:42:41] Boss: No. So now you see my situation when you don't sign the contract." He could've just said, you agreed to pay up front and you know there isn't a refund. BAM, problem solved. This is why as a business operator, you have to speak in a professional manner at all times when dealing with business. Having "street talk" like this doesn't cut it and will screw you over. In light of all the facts from both sides I feel MoW has done nothing wrong in terms of contract and business dealings, but their form of communication. Current and past players all agree that the contract is similar and have no problems with it. One more thing... Alot of people have reading problems. ALOT. The OP, Mow's response, and replies from players all say that the 10 year deal is only about STARTING up a training house. In no where do I read it saying you cannot join a pro training house of any form. All sides (fuzer, MoW, current and past players) all state it's about starting up a pro house is restricted. TL:DR read the fucking OP and MoW's response fully before you comment on anything. I see so many stupid posts that is so irrelevant to the situation.
