Formulate your own proper diet according to the problem at hand.

In general, cutting grains and other junk food for more nutritious options is a good idea. Especially since grains have less nutrients than fruits and vegetables, and are waaay more calorically dense which contributes to excess calories which helps to promote obesity, diabetes, etc

Also how much fats are you getting? Healthy ones from like eggs, tuna, olives, butter etc. None of that trans fat shit. Edit: If that's all in check replace rice with peeled white potatoes?

What would your ideal meal look like if taste, cost, and preparation were not an issue and your only goal is to have the most nutritious meal possible? You could take this out to the whole day if you wanted. No idea, but I bet it tastes really good!

You could take this out to the whole day if you wanted. Breakfast: 3 free range eggs with onion/peppers or smth + 3 pieces unprocessed bacon + an orange. Lunch 8oz wild caught salmon + broccoli + home made sweet potato fries Post workout Protein shake made with banana + raw milk Dinner 12oz grass fed filet mignon + veggie mix (carrots, peas, broccoli or smth) + baked potato. Everything prepared with kerrygold butter. Drinks = water, raw milk, black coffee. Maybe sup with a multi vit, vit d, fish oil if need be. I would be so happy
