Dear, so disrespectful!" Yeah, these things just create more hype, story, rivalry, excitement! I just got waaaaay more hyped about going to Dreamhack, this is going to be so epic!

Stephano is way more solid than Naniwa playing his relative best in every competition he enters but it also seems like he lacks the dedication to train as much as he can to be become the best he can possibly be. Naniwas GSL runs have shown that he is more than willing to go the extra mile to become a better player but it also makes him less consistent when he isn't as motivated. I think in terms of results there isn't much of a difference.

It'd be cool to see him on a Kespa team, I think he has the motivation to survive it.

There were moments when Thorzain was clearly better (after his TSL3 win he had a moment with very ingenious builds played perfectly and later when he showcased great play in team leagues) and others when it was Naniwa (in 2011 during the Blizzard invitational or during his GSL runs) but neither one of them was able to maintain his level at the best. Now WOL just finished, we have absolutely no way to compare them, Thorzain has just lost one serie and Naniwa has not play anything. I think we should let them play before starting to argue about who is the best.

Most foreigners are lazy while NaNiwa has the mindset that is required to be on a Korean level of play.. I really hope HoTS goes well for NaNiwa as SC2 is so much more fun to watch when he's competing. He's had that 'mindset' since he switched to Sc2. It doesn't change the fact that he hasn't won a proper big LAN event with Koreans present in his entire career and didn't achieve a single top 3 finish in all of 2013. He didn't even qualify for WCS Europe such was his poor performance in 2012.

Indeed we have no big tournaments or whatever to compare them in, but to everyone who watched Thorzain's play in MLG and Naniwa's play in E-sport-SM yesterday, I think most will agree that Naniwa's play just looked way cleaner and at a higher level than Thorzain's.

I'm not a fan of all the BM and player bashing, but if you're gonna do it, pick on somebody that is on the same ego level like Idra, Huk, or Major. Eh, my opinion clearly isn't in the majority. The community seems to love angsty, angry players getting mad. I just think the "big personality, big talk" players should pick on each other and leave the manner players alone. Then we all can have our cake and eat it too. Eh, he focus on Thorzain because a) their history b) they have been the two top Swedish players for quite a while and people like drawing comparisons between them (and ask him about it constantly). What's the big deal with saying you think you are better than someone else? It's not like he's dodging Thorzain in tournaments, he wants to prove what he's saying. It may be arrogant and you may not agree but I completely fail to see where his statements are out of line or even close. You don't have to be a fan of him but I don't get how people get so angry back towards him for statements like this. Save it to when he really does or say something stupid.

It's time he's going to have to back up that big mouth though Otherwise he'll just turn into the next Idra.
