I am offering a starting salary of $11,000 per month but there are tryouts to get on the team. You must be at least low GM to tryout and tryouts last for 11 months. After the 11 months I plan on putting together a team house for you guys that will most likely be located in the Bahamas (I own several islands in the area so there may be multiple gaming houses if the players want there privacy). I will also be sending out gaming equipment to the players such as the new upcoming Steel series keyboard the 8G gaming keyboard. I have access to such equipment (3 years before the expected release) because I am actually the CEO of Steel series. Please message me for more details if you want to tryout for my new super awesome team!
p.s. the team name is Team Panda Attack Squad

From someone who has worked on an esports management team before, I think there is a lot to learn from. First, sponsorship should be handled through the management staff. Having individual players doing management decisions is a surefire way to create miscommunication and tension on the team. If a player is contacted or has a lead on a business then have them go to the management. Also, make sure that there isn't a ton of comments about sponsorship among the players. Most sponsorships, even for the top teams, don't come through. Teasing players with every possible deal is a definite way to create tension among the players as they keep hearing deals come and go. Unless something is 100% finalized don't tease the players.
Hopefully some of this makes sense and can help you in the future. Good luck!!

Yeah, Lucky and I found out when we were talking on TS, then we decided to compare his replays and his VOD on streams, there were multiple hotkey setups, so unless he plays on two different hotkeys, it's another person playing on his account. Yea that would make sense because I hit NanoCloud in a 1v1 ladder match and he went afk. He probably didn't want me to see his hotkey set up.

But i still wasn't sure until Nanocloud did a skype call together with all the players with Quantic.MaSsan. Nanocloud was begging massan to accept them into quantic academy but was denied over and over and Massan told nanocloud to stay in smi and try to scam major into the smi and leave with major as a group so that the players doesn't take any hit in reputation. Now you guys might ask how could this seemingly unrelated instance allowed me to be sure that nanocloud isn't working with Anderson? for one if he was in it with anderson he wouldn't try to leave the team with all these players, two by asking massan this he clearly shown how naive he was and there is no way he could come up with a elaborate scam with Anderson and correlate the timing of switching accounts after I friend add one of his nanocloud account and then log on to the other nanocloud account when i try to invite the first one to clan.
This is cringeworthy. How old are you people? We don't care about your stupid drama, nothing actually happened, you didn't lose any money. You all seem stupid and amateurish and I don't know why you think this has to be brought to everyone's attention.

Says the guy that read far enough to find this post. Just because you don't care doesn't mean others don't.

Wait so what did he end up scamming from you guys?

Delusions of grandeur. Now someone get Drunkenboi a sick team pls.

Any time a "sponsor" says they are going to provide SALARY for a new, unproven and largely unknown team... you have to seriously question it. A new branded computer is hard enough to believe, let alone a salary.

E-sports drama > korean drama

I'm not sure which is more retarded, the fact that the team let this guy drag them on for multiple months, or the fact that they told us about it on TL.

OMG! He went with the fucking Amy's Baking Company defense! Classic!
"Those negative things were said when my account was hacked...."
Didn't somebody else try this same bullshit defense before after getting caught in some kind of scandal?

On a related note, how does contract law apply to the internet? For example, contracts done on skype internationally fall under which country's legal system? Do all go under the US because Skype is a US company?
The rabbit hole has been opened. Not true, nanocloud lost his account boosting money
