Well, personally I'm just losing all my TvPs while staying ahead for 90% of the game, but yeah. I wonder if mech is the answer? Like some games I win most of the battles but I can't finish it because of storm and then this allows the Protoss to get up a nice templar count and then colossi which becomes really hard to deal with.
MSC is just such a cop out unit, I feel like maybe they should reduce the maximum mana so that you can only cast one photon overcharge. Sometimes what you can do as Terran is pick up right after he casts photon overcharge and try to drop the main but depending on the timing they might have two charges.

Exactly the issue, the terran has to OUTMICRO the protoss. Just like zerg has to OUTMICRO 4M with muta ling bling.

Not really, there's other ways to win TvP. Taeja didn't outmicro Rain, he just played well.
