I'd say close this thread and wait for a real Grudge match thread, since this thread is pointless. That's the negative attitude from someone who doesn't appreciate any initiative. I for one believe this to be a nice place to host some entertaining and hilarious games. Thank you bisudagger. Glad to be of service.
Also, now accepting show matches for casting.

Show Matches rather than Grudge Matches would make a little more sense during the Christmas Season...

That's the realist attitude from someone who knows that a grudge cannot be forced and thus the whole thread just tries to build up tension, when there is none. I for one believe this to be a place for attention whoring and trying to force players into grudgematches by depicting them as dodgers ("haha you don't play! you don't have balls, hihihi huhuhu heheheh"), what I believe is childish behavior.
Reopen the thread with the title "Showmatch Thread", organize willing players (which were NOT forced to play) and then cast this, instead of blowing things out of proportion just to have a "Grudgematch".

I might as well take out the time now to call out Stardom(OD). I don't like how he talks about how I supposedly dodge him, and how he could beat me, despite the fact that I've yet to lose against him in all of the 5 games we've played. Maps can be on any map you want, Best-of-5, I play , you play , , or whatever you think you're best at.
Winner obviously has bragging rights. Loser changes Teamliquid signature to "I lost a best-of-5 to [player] so I must post on Teamliquid with this sig."
Please accept, Stardom, so I can finally put you in your place.

....
More "Grudge Matches" are not going to help "improve" the BW foreign scene, if anything it will just give the community an even worse appearance to the SC2 audience that BW foreign scene is really negative and there is constant bickering / fighting amongst the people in the community...
The reason figuring out nice showmatches between certain players that are gauged at around the same skill level would be better than fake " Grudge Matches " , is because it would appear that people are working together instead of against each other, and then maybe some positive things might happen.
In the course that this thread is headed, it is going to go no where fast...The BW Foreign scene at the moment has a chance to be completely revitalized because of all the stuff happening, there is a lot of potential, it is doing well, but this type of negative bullshit and childsplay type attitude of how to get more attention to the scene, is just going to make the outside view of what is going on very childish and absolutely pointless, basically an utter waste of time.
Go look in the Grudge Match thread where me and RandomKorean played, there was pages and pages of pure hatred and anger flourishing from the beginning to end, including the title.
So once again, I think that at this point in time the last thing we need is pointless Grudge Matches, we need nice show matches where the players skill are gauged accordingly in order to give the best games, sure it would be great to see the higher level foreigners duke it out in some SM's, but even in the C rank and D rank show matches would be nice.
Things need to be organized behind the scenes, not just random spouts of GM's popping up here and there and no idea when they will get played or who is going to play them. They needed to be casted in a professional instructional manner, to not only sound professional but to help people who are wanting to learn. I'm done trying to preach though, because I already know all of these petty attempts will continue regardless.
EDIT : If you are one of those hard headed people who think " Well who cares what SC2 community thinks of BW Foreign Scene" , then you really need to start paying attention to the forums and seeing how many Ex BW Pro gamers are quitting SC2 and returning, and also all the gamers in general becoming interested in BW and coming to learn the game, be more open minded.

Holding a serious grudge on the internet against smb that you've never met is the absurd notion, not challenging everybody with whom you've got any prior minor disagreement for fun and showboating.
Please take your whining elsewhere.

So you are saying that people purposely going out searching for disagreements for showmatches is fun and the childish thread " show boating " is good and will continue to attract people to BW?

You seem to be playing BW for the wrong reasons... I personally play it to enjoy myself... Not to be a propaganda machine for BW also whats wrong with challenging people and casual public display of showboating.

Also, if you read my post, I was against the idea of a common thread for grudgematches since I felt that it misses the idea of a grudgematch which is why I said showmatch is a better idea and thanks Bisudagger for the initative. Let's face it here: he's one of the only people(aside from a few others) who are actively trying to get the community more BW and as a result, closer from that. fyi I even mentioned your and randomKo's thread as a good example of a grudgematch in a previous comment but I guess you chose to not read it?
also, I don't see how you can make such an assumption from my post ...

On the flip side, Telecom is using paragraphs and punctuation now. At least this thread has that going for us.

Actually, each of his paragraphs consists of like two sentences, which isn't really the proper way to use paragraphs.
