If I had a vote I think I'd put OU there, but I'm fine with Bama as well.

ESPN put OU #1 in their power rank. I think I'd probably have them as the most solid team so far this year

I wonder who the 3 guys that keep voteing for NDS are. If they go undefeated again I wouldn't be that outraged at them getting ranked.

has a FCS team ever been ranked in the AP poll?

Yes. App State was ranked for 1 week after beating Michigan a few years ago
wait they might have not been ranked actually. It says they changed the rule to allow them to receive votes if they played against an FBS opponent. So I guess the actual answer is no

I think Appalachian State back when they beat top 5 michigan team or whatever?

I guess the AP Poll hides the votes for teams that didn't make the overall 25 cut. You can look at each ballot but some have the lower rankings missing which I suppose represent those teams. Couldn't find the votes for NDST so that's why I'm assuming it

I'm convinced the Pac12 told the refs to favor Oregon b/c they want a team in the playoffs. This isn't unprecedented. Pac12 refs have been known to target Arizona before.

I wonder if this will help increase the amount of michigan fans wishing they still had Rich Rodriguez. I've seen it start to pick up a little with each michigan loss

Looks like the end for Oregon. bad news for the pac 12 with Stanford's stupid loss to USC. Looking like RBs might have a chance to win the heisman this year?
1 loss champ unless UCLA wins? I guess Arizona could win out too. gonna be fighting with Michigan State for that last playoff spot if Oklahoma/Baylor + FSU stay unbeaten. I guess Oregon would still have the edge with the h2h win over Michigan State though

That was a fun 2nd half to watch. Oregon really imploded though.

Best comment I've seen:
" We would have won a national title if it wasn't for Scooby Doo and those darn AZ kids!"
Also, next week is huge in the Pac12 with USC @ AZ and Oregon @ UCLA
