So I checked Teamliquid, and the Afreeca guide I found from 2013 was out of date (I couldn't click the register link). Moreover, it seems I shouldn't need the player anymore to watch, so does anybody know why?
I tried to watch the Afreeca streams that are now featured on the sidebar (it looks so sick, I want in!) but when I try to watch the embedded teamliquid I run into the following error message
The error screen just says that the broadcast is temporarily down and to hit the refresh button and it should work.
Does this happen on all the broadcasts or just some of them? Have you tried refreshing? Perhaps you joined a channel after the channel had gone offline but before teamliquid had registered the change.
Edit: Huh, now I am getting the same error. It was working like 30 minutes ago.

I was doing that but was wondering whether anybody got the real Afreeca stream to work; I want to be part of that viewer statistic too!
But judging from the responses everybody can at least access the streams, quality aside? I still get the same error message on every stream... I'm at a university with some weird-butt proxy settings so maybe Afreeca is getting confused there (I can't see twitch chat normally, for example), I'll stick to the restreams and try again on a more sane connection when I'm home in a bit.
That message in the picture basically translate to "Stream is offline". So if you get that, then it's 99% sure that the streamer is not online (Teamliquid's side bar will lag behind so be careful of that).
You can try watching the VODs here on afreeca (Korea), but their Youtube page will probably be easier. If enough people really want to watch them live, I can see about having them broadcasted on Global AfreecaTV.
If you ever get an error message on Afreeca (Korea, Global, Taiwan, Japan, or Thailand) by all means take a screenshot and send it to me, especially if it gives you an error number.
