First time on KeSPA stage has to be very difficult, and you've only been in Korea for 2 days, for goodness sake. Next time will be better. Next time? She's leaving Korea now dude. Anyway, that was a bit of a bop, but that was a really unfortunate first round opponent.

She was ahead in almost every game by build orders, but just loss because of lack of practice or just being flustered because playing in Korea. We have not seen the good old Scarlett, who was wrecking drops and reacting to stuff fast, while multitasking and creep spreading in a long while. Most drops she pulled her drones like 2 seconds too late, against a player like TY you need to be better to win. Alot of those things might come down to the ZvT matchup and feeling pressured to play super greedy. The lack of zerglings in game 1 and super fast mutas seemed pushing her luck a bit too far. That after getting the best possible build order win,

Looks like she followed some folks from the dota scene on twitter, which is a really good thing imho - she needs to remove the stress of zvt right now, so she is doing the right thing. She doesnt have to leave SC2 or anything - she just needs to add some actual FUN in her training schedule by playing some dota2, to destress and relax. Then, when she is relaxed she can get more out of her zvt training sessions with MMA, and try to figure out what goes wrong. I have complete faith in her ability to detach a bit from the stress of the situation now, have some fun and get back with fresh forces and ideas. Lets never forget that it was Scarlett who pioneered a lot of SC2 strategies and various playstyles that other progamers later adopted as well. She is an extremely intelligent player and can figure things out - if Life can do it, so can she; but first, get rid of the stress.
