Because not everyone uses TL and it might be hard to get everyone to post here as confirmation of his status. It is not a requirement, it's for the players who aren't in contact with their team leader.

We were always a part of the german team so right now im a bit loss. True, in the recent past, where nationwars have almost exclusively consisted of merged teams, As for this event, we actively try to field a national team again, we feel it's the most fun this way, coz it's the underlying idea of Nationwars. I think a lot of western european countries will not field a team of their own and be happy to merge, however i hope, some countries will be able to send a team of their own, it's the most fun imho (; So good luck to everybody in creating their teams! bw is even less active than before, but well gl with your purified project -.- Guys zaraki and me looking for some nation that would like to count with us :D It's not about us not wanting you, it's more like we seem to get enough players. It'd be stupid to annex you, if you could try to get a team together on your own. It's not of much use if this thing here ends up with like four teams in total.
i know german team should have enough players, since the koth and the ger forums seems to be powering the german scene, but zaraki and i we are just 2 players and always been part of WE that at the end it was more like zaraki eon and ger team in most of the nw with some exceptions.

I want to be the leader for the Scandinavian team
(it will also include Finland)
We should be allowed to merge because we have the same culture of metal playing vikings

What team can i play for? I doubt if there are enough bw players in Ukraine to make a national team. So maybe I could compete for Sweden as I currently reside here.

You can ~ We aren't making any decisions on the behalf of the nation unless there is a conflict, it was assumed that you were working together... You will be added to the thread ~ Post if there is a conflict/any issues.

Happy to see you are using foreign maps. Though I dont think the current system will give them much play time unfortunately. Each week players will have to prepare for a specific map but only for 1 game. So they have to practice their own map, and also help their team mates prepare for a different map too. Also the veto system will probably mean that foreigner maps will get excluded.
How about promote 1 map each week. Make it so that each week, all of the first games are played on 1 map. This way players can prepare more efficiently rather than splitting practice time between their own map and helping their teammates for a different map.
So week 1 you promote (4)Eddy. All 1st games are played on it. Then loser picks as normal. In the week that promotes (2)Neo Overwatch, you could use Eddy as the 2v2 map etc.
Lastly, the map pool is so large! Rather than using all 3 of my maps for just a single game each, Id rather you use just one map (Latin Quarter) but more times. This will reward players investing a bit of practice on it. So yeah thats what I would do, promote a single foreigner map each week and repeat cycle them. (Cross Game, Neo Overwatch, Roadkill, Eddy, Latin Quarter)

If we selected 1 map on a given week, everyone would have to play that map. It's not really the spirit that we want to encourage.
Also, the reasoning for the map pool is primarily to give an advantage to the loser of the first game, this way we might see more interesting games, or at least closer games and sets.

Alright, I'm down to join team Canada. Let's bring back the good old [tC] tag! Is Draw the official team leader of the team?

Yes, Draw is currently the leader of this team. Though, a second leader would be good (this goes for all teams). This can be presented with the roster however.

by the way, can the same players play 1on1 that play 2on2? for example:
1v1:
Vanatir Bakuryu Cryoc
Ace: aLc.SuM
2v2: Vanatir+ FA]Reflection
(just an example)
would this be an okay lineup or can't Vanatir, in this case, play 2on2 coz he already played 1on1? And what about the ace match? Do we have to determine before the NW who is going to be the ace?

Is there a team Spain or team Poland? I qualify for both so If teams need an extra practice partner or a player let me know!
