Normally I look forward to listening to The Lowe Post but I couldn't help but feel I wasted over an hour of my life I wasn't getting back.

i wish i could've been in the room to hear the speech Masai Ujiri gave the Knicks in the Barnyarni trade... LOL does the Pick-Swap decision between the Knicks and Nuggets 1st rounder occur before or after the lottery selection thing?

The Raptors got a 1st rounder and a 2nd rounder due this year for Barnyarni and a late 2nd rounder in 2014. This year's 2nd rounder is the Knicks' pick. This year's 1st rounder is the worst of the Nuggets' and Knicks' pick. How Ujiri got 3 draft picks for him especially when he had 2 years and 23 million remaining on his contract .... I'll never know. what are the Raptors stickin' in Terence Ross's water? he is actually.. umm.. playing defense.

It's like his arms are glued to his sides, I've seen traffic cones that are more disruptive. probably was before every game was televised, you hear about guys not trying on defense then. Modern era, not sure.

I HOPE the Hawks and Rockets blow their teams up. Actually thinking, it's pretty crazy how dysfunctional and unstable a vast majority of NBA teams are. The Wizards are oddly not part of that group -- they refuse to change their coach, and they've never really made in-season moves. This year though, it seems like they really need to. They have decent pieces to try to make a run at someone like Dwight [I.E. Gortat, Nene's expiring]. I hope the rumors are true and the Raptors aggressively try to pick up some pieces and make a run at the title. I think outside of the Cavs, the East is wide open, and in the playoffs, anything is really possible. I do wonder though if the Raptors are real, or if they'll disappear in the playoffs like last year
