I noticed that there is more and more taiwanese on TL.net
So I have a question for you, guys! Is it only my internet that sucks and I cannot play on Iccup with most of the world? Or is it that taiwanese network to outside world sucks?
I doubt the first one, cuz i already tried 3 providers. One was university dorm internet, like really fast. But it's still lagging most of the time.
I have way less lag with koreans, so that leads me to think, that network with further parts of the world just sucks...
And I would also be glad to find a D+/C- taiwanese players to play sometimes WITH LAN LATENCY OMG I HAVENT EVEN TRIED THAT YET!!!
Thanks in advance!
...I already know that Taiwan is a stoners hell, but I don't want it to be starcrafters hell too!!! That's like 2 things i enjoy the most T_T;;

I don't care about politics, but all i know, is that chinese "firewall" doesn't apply to Taiwan. So it's not that

Closer connections geographically are going to be a lot better because of fewer hops and shorter pathway, so I'm curious as to whether or not your case is out-of-the-norm bad. In any case, you can be glad that uh...Chinese Taipei ( -_-;; ) has a good connection to Korea, which is the most important anyway.

its like whenever someone has a question about something there'll be a new user come out from nowhere just registered to answer that question.

That said, I've been back at Taiwan a whole 4 hours, just enough time to have late night snacks. I'll experiment around when I have a chance, maybes

Places in NY are starting to adapt the 24hr around the clock operation hours, the only thing missing now is the good chow (tea eggs, or whatever one calls them in English) and slushies.

I went to USA's 7/11 yesterday
omfg so lame
I miss Taiwan 7/11 -_-;
|
The first thing I actually pieced out as the flight was touching the ground was a 7/11.
and wth USA's 7/11? I've seen two like, ever, and this is like my tenth or eleventh year living in the states. Probably just the metropolitan region and our strong representation by deli.

You guys are just romanticizing Taiwan. I would take an American 7-11 over the Taiwanese version any day. Yes, in the TW 7-11s you have dumplings and microwavable meals, but I'd easily sacrifice that for the American 7-11 snack and drink selection. Can't even buy Red Bull at most 7-11s any more (although weirdly, they are sold at Watsons, word).
Oh, and Hsinchu goon here. Just two guys in Taichung, then?

Taiwan 7/11s have better alch selection and instant noodle selection
and those are pretty much the only things i buy in 7/11s, so clearly Taiwanese ones are preferable.

Asian 7/11's are awesome. They're selection of snacks <3 I'm not sure about your connection, I think I've played wc3 battle.net fine in the West Gateway strangely. Maybe it's different for starcraft.
