Legion follows David Haller, a troubled young man who may be more than human. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and visions might be real. The character, meanwhile, has an important connection to the Marvel world: He may or may not be the mutant offspring of Professor X.
Legion debuts in early 2017 and is produced by FX Productions and Marvel Television. It's being made by Noah Hawley, the creator of FX's "Fargo," and stars Dan Stevens, best known for playing Matthew Crawley on "Downton Abbey."
Is anyone watching this? The first episode was interesting, quite different from most shows, feel like it has potential. The soundtrack reminded me of the one in Stranger things (it's the same company behind it - Lakeshore records)

And it seems the writer is the one behind one of the seasons of Fargo.
Watched the first two episodes. So far it's a bit too confusing for my tastes. Too many flashbacks, flashforwards and generally unexplained stuff. But it's intriguing.
Well season 1 was just amazing! Aubrey Plaza is my new favourite <3 Great show and I might watch through it again. Completely different from the comics though
Bumping this because this show deserves a lot more attention. Not for everyone probably, but god it's refreshing and unique. The acting, writing, staging, even the music choice, everything is top notch. Fantastic show!

Same. And the third went on in a similar line to the second, and we fell asleep in the middle of it. Still, the positive reviews are making me think it might be worth another go.
Just seen the first episode of season 2 and its still completely wild. I could probably point out faults but I prefer to just go along for the ride. I'm looking forward to the rest of this one for sure.
My wife and I are pumped, but are also obeying the rule that we only watch Legion once the entire series is out. But I am glad they are keeping the wild visuals, ill defined, unknowable super power and character focused plotlines. That is what I want from this show.
