It is unbalanced indeed. Could switch NiP or IMT for Na'Vi or something.
If you look at how they're done, both group include 2 of the qualified teams (Fnatic, Immortals, Heroic and Na'Vi). Don't know how they've seeded the remaining (and invited) teams, but three of the top 4 in one group which happens to be the one Na'Vi fell into, is indeed quite puzzling... Astralis look rather comfortable on the other side.

I started questioning ESL already after the last major that they hosted. Looks like nothing has changed
