And if GuMiho qualifies, that would be 8 T vs 3 Z and 3 P. It is rather surprising in the light of the WM nerf. Though to be fair, given the brackets, the only Terran who qualified in an upset is Bunny. All the other ones were favorites to make top 2 in their bracket.

Let get more TvT so we can see more doom drops. That is gonna be so much "fun"... Ugh...

Me, the other way around. Another other matchups except TvT. Ridiculous ravens harass or doom drops. What else is new?
Man, GuMiho vs Patience taking forever. Well, except Bunny and Hush are surprises, almost all of usual suspects are qualified.

GuMi won
I guess that was an epic battlecruiser game we'll never get to see

Just as I said so, GuMiho qualifies. One more Terran, make it 50%... Sigh...

2 basetrades in the same game. Actually plausible with Gumiho playing.

Interesting results. I wish either Major or Scarlett had made it. I also wish sOs had made it...Jin Air didn't really represent well at these quals.

Kinda blows my mind that aLive has pretty consistently been a top 15 player in LotV. So proud that he actually qualifies for things now
Probably because so many players who were better than him retired but still lol

aLive's TvT is significantly better than his other match ups imo, which helps with the current player pool.

Well, JAWG may have more players qualified if their players actually show up. Cure and Trap didn't show up.

aLive is no slouch of course, but he is disproportionately talented at TvT at the highest level, compared to his TvP and TvZ, which gives him a boost in the current Terran-rich environment. It's a commonality between him, Ryung, Guimiho, and the rest of the second-tier Terrans. It's also the reason they're still second-tier.
To be fair, aLive has a mean TvZ as well, but not good quite enough to beat top-tier Zergs.

Not quite VSL level brackets but still pretty silly.
