lets not forget taht Luffy watched a village march to its death until Nami asked for his help
Luffy is totally Chaotic Neutral, hes a pirate so obv not lawful or good, if he wants to hell do whatever it takes to help people if he decides he wants to help, if he decides he wants to beat someone hell do it no matter who they are but if he doesnt want to he doesnt care
its the same here, taking out big mom is simply something he wants to do, crashing the wedding sounds fun so hes doing it

I'd say chaotic good, he does insane things all the time which have negative effects on others but everytime he has done something like that it has been for the good of someone else as well. Like Impel down perfect example imo of chaotic good, he stormed in for a good cause to save someone from execution but in the chaos of it all he let loose a bunch of dangerous criminals. He never planned to release all of those people it just kind of happened on the way.
I think when evaluating a characters alignment on a spectrum like this intent is more important than results. Luffy never intended to release all the prisoners, he only wanted Ace that is good. He however went about his plan in an extremely chaotic way that caused the release of the prisoners.
The same can be said for a lot of his 'evil' actions, most were meant to be for good but it always ends in chaos and unforeseen seemingly evil results end up happening.

He usually fluctuates between chaotic good and neutral, but that's to be expected, since the alignment system is stupid, and no actually developed character will act according to his "alignment" all the time, since people don't actually work that way.

Sorry guys, but talking about good and evil in terms of DnD terms is just terrible. You might as well talk about whether Luffy is a Jedi or a Sith.

So I guess Akainu would be a Jedi Master?

Is Enel lawful evil or neutral evil?

only if you treat the alignment system as black and white

shit is about to go down!!!

Oooooo yissssss. I'm wondering how the pairings for the 1v1 battles will turn out to be.
|
What a chapter! A bit confusing at times with so many things going on but still, excellent!
|
I'm not sure what Daifuku can do with his bean-paste-genie (?) but I assume he'll be up against Sanji. Wondering who'll fight Dogtooth in the end. Bege was quite funny, when he mentioned + Show Spoiler +that they should continue as Dogtooth is pale :D
|
So no chapter in 2 days right?
|
oh god am I super hyped or what!!
|
Sanji really just can't stop losing. He's a walking meme at this point.
Also, Big Mom is disabled because the picture is her phylactery. Her fake body doesn't work if it's broken. If Luffy puts it back together she'll reawaken. My little theory anyways.
