I shook my head at that one, and played the mission as if i were soloing it. Won on the 6th night, but ive come to hate that mission because it always seems im the one doing all the work & that mission while easy, is also a grind clearing out all the infested. But in coop u gotta take the good with the bad. Once & awhile you'll be paired with someone who really rocks at their commander, the other times... not so much haha. Hehe, the only time I failed this mutation so far was when playing Karax with a random Nova partner, who utterly failed to keep his army alive. In the end we died due to all Nova's buildings being lost.

The worst in this map is when your partner is Nova and she wanted to play defense.... I had that once and all her units just died. We were into day 6 and 7 and by then the infested just overwhelm us. Gg

When I play Karax I can easily run a solo defence while teching to carrier. My ally usually just stands around on the base during the night doing nothing. They don't want to lose too many units given that you can easily exhaust your resources on this mutation.

When my base ran out of minerals I had a big enough bank to keep me going. Turrets and mass tanks for defense, a herc with tanks for offense and drill wherever was needed.

Maybe the creep prevents boths mechanics. I've played Stukov several times on this mutation, I've encountered nydus worms, hunterlings, stanks and so on. It doesn't seem like anything is excluded while playing stukov. A reason it might feel easy might be because it doesn't really matter if all his units die at some point, being able to be both offensive and defensive and he can trigger all the mag-mines without much thought with both broodlings and infested civilians/marines.

It depends on your spawning location, not the commander. The one that spawns on the left side will get some harassment, usually hunterlings popping by. One time playing as Stukov I even had one of them flying monsters besieging my northern refineries. Had to build a missile tower to shoo it away. Edit: Spotters I think they are called, the flying monsters I referred to. The name just came to me now.
