If you are worried about map pool adjustments this early in the tournament in a 20 year-old game with plenty of golden eras, then you are looking at the situation wrong, maybe.

Bo7 means more games, more entertainment and tension (players and fans alike) 2. Bo7 is standard in big tournaments 3. BW prolevel is at its very tail end as far as we know, this may be one of the last ones, so lets give it a proper send off

By the way, how will the seeds for quarters be determined?

In sc2 maybe. What does BW care what is standard in sc2 tournaments. (where the games are much shorter than in BW afaik.)

By the way, this drafting system feels just a bit skewed towards the 3rd picks in the groups (and 1st seeds, of course, but that's to be expected), since they get to pick their direct opponent in the first match and should theoretically have an easier way to 1-0, which is definitely an advantage.

so much zerg to get rekt :p

A couple questions:
1. Did Flash move another player besides Mong? 2. Who are the best players remaining besides the great 4 Flash Jaedong Bisu Stork? I don't follow bw much and wanna know who else has a chance. Like best 2 others.

That group D will be nice to see but i m a bit sad with B because two of them will go out early.
As for bo7, it had never been standard in bw in any tournament. And for sc2 the early tournaments wer not bo7 either. It can be considered relatively recent and comes with the faster speed and somewhat coinflippy nature of the game too. Bo3/bo5 is fine. Map preparation s better thay way too so better games.

A 4 Zerg group, am I seeing right? I suppose I'll just check the results on the 26th. I don't think I can stand five ZvZs in a row.

Masterplan by Flash to eliminate JD and SK. I believe they are the only 2 zergs (besides Effort) who can stop him.

How in the world did group B happen lol
