Really? I'd put the odds in the Knights favor at this point. And not just for the "house always wins" puns...

Washington absolutely dominated that third period. They dominated most of their wins in that series imo. Also tom Wilson is really starting to turn into a pretty good powerforward capable of doing more than mashing in heads. That was hilarious watching his slap around coburn

well so now that i’ve found this thread, god DAMN smith-pelley let me down in game 3. which sucked, because the rest of his line was overperforming. but i’ll be damned if he didn’t make up for it with that goal play in game 3, getting 10 ft in the air to keep the puck in the zone AND getting to the net to get that in? disgusting. god bless. and oshie i’m pretty sure is just a magician on skates. he made that look so easy. god hockey is fun af when the pens aren’t cock blocking you for the third year in a row.

Hell of an effort from everyone on that team, and symbolic for Ovi to score his signature pp-goal from his office from a feed by Nicky, whom he played with all these 11? years shoulder to shoulder. Pretty amazing story, along with many other storylines.

And I agree with the above, dude seems to have such a joy for the game, it is exciting to see him finally win a cup!

really solid play all around from the whole team. really clean too. the look on Eller’s face after he found that puck behind Fleury was so great.

Living in Belgium, woke up at 3:20 am and watched the game + post-game ceremony until 6:15am. Good thing i can stay working from home, i would be fucked at work otherwise. #Worthit
