A couple of New Jersey hunters are out in the woods when one of them falls to the ground. He doesn't seem to be breathing, his eyes are rolled back in his head. The other guy whips out his cell phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps to the operator: “My friend is dead! What can I do?” The operator, in a calm soothing voice says: “Just take it easy. I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead.” There is a silence, then a shot is heard. The guy's voice comes back on the line. He says: “OK, now what?“

There is a very real chance he could have broken the push and continued the game. I honestly dont think the goons matter that much, Fantasy is already up one expo, and tester doesn't have a second gas yet.

Assuming he lost those goons due to the malfunction, a regame IS warranted; although it would really really really suck from fantasy's point of view. I think the best outcome is for Tester to be super manner and concede the game to Fantasy. Honestly, there was almost no chance he was going to win this, with those 8 goons or without. Then again, I just can't see Fantasy losing the regame either. So maybe this won't even matter.

after seeing how tester was destroying fantasy's push from such a bad position, it could be a really good game

When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300°C. The Russians used a pencil.

A clown and a little boy are walking through a cemetery in the middle of the night. They hear a weird and spooky noise off in the darkness. The little boy squeezes the clown's hand and says, "It's dark, and I'm scared". The clown replies, "Hey kid, you think you're scared? I have to walk back out by myself".
