But if he sends his whole army (like he did) then he gets trapped. Not really sure what else he could have done other than just posture around the map and hope for MVP to screw up (with 20/20 hindsight, this looks like it would have been the best move). There was simply no way Baby was going to be able to eliminate MVP that game (short of MVP giving away a bunch of units).

Yet 2 minutes later he sent them back there and MVP moved his tanks forward, sieged the choke and that was it.

In his quick rise to prominence, though, he still lacks experience to some degree, and not knowing how to play out a super late game TvT like this one is one of his minor shortcomings. He dominated everything up until the BC transition.

Not to mentions all the other stuff he should have done when he had the advantage. That said I still like BaBy, and love this game ^^ He had a bunch of facts left (and 1 CC). MVP had no scans, and his BC's did not patrol towards the bottom). Even if they did, he could bring in 2 buildings from the bottom right, 2 from the left, and 1-2 diagonally. He would have gotten 1 to the bottom left corner, set his tanks and goliaths in front (though away from the cliffs), and sat it out for another hour while yamato recharged (or the match would be called as a draw). Enough is enough. He can still take the other 2.

One vessel would have helped a ton for scouting, dmatrix with yamoto, or emp And Baby really could have used just one cloaked wraith, as others have said.
