First two games weren't flash bonjwa level imo, which is what makes me vote for jaedong over flash. He played so well then just ends up sucking so much.

you could argue that he won that final as well, since he won 2 out of the 3 games they played. the first 2 went exactly as planned with both of them going to forgg. he made a mistake his 3rd game by not taking it. we all know he would've won the next 2 had he not messed up on the 3rd set.

Look at the NATE MSL's map pool...every single map in that pool favored Terran strongly over zerg and yet Jaedong prevailed over Flash 3-1. There's no doubt Jaedong can do it again, especially considering Flash's OSL defeat and Jaedong's current form.

Hate it when people downplay ForGG's win over Jaedong. The only terrible map was Tiamat. Othello and Collo were both perfectly playable for someone like Jaedong. He just got outplayed. Collo's TvZ stats are pretty misleading when you have a bunch of games like Skyhigh > Zerg.com, Iris > Terror, and no names like roro[white] > zergjoaa. And Othello isn't as terrible as the stats imply.

Perfectly playable sure, but not winnable vs anyone decent. Also, Othello was absolutely awful for ZvT, as was Colosseum one. Not to mention Tiamat... yeah. I'm not downplaying ForGG's victory, just saying that it's amazing JD managed to live past the 2 minute mark in every game on those maps, truly a testament to his skill.

Othello isn't "terrible" but it's at least as bad as Odd-Eye, and Odd-Eye is pretty terran favored. I don't disagree that he got outplayed, but you can't say that the maps didn't favour ForGG massivly. Also, you should take into account that ForGG was Jaedong team mate at the time and was 100% prepared for anything Jaedong could do. You can't say that Jaedong sucks because he got 3-0'd by ForGG when you consider the circumstances..
